Taiseki-ji: Shōhondō edits
[edit]The information about the architects' opinions on the destruction of Shōhondō reflects Sōka Gakkai bias and does not, in my opinion, merit placement on the page. --Scandiescot — Preceding undated comment added 10:04, 13 September 2013
- The temple was in fact regarded as a masterpiece of modern architecture, and architects in Japan and elsewhere did in fact deplore its demolition. There is nothing biased about reporting these facts. I located an archive of the Washington Post article, and put that paragraph back into the Shōhondō section. --Margin1522 (talk) 11:47, 21 August 2014 (UTC)
= Soka Gakkai Educational activities
[edit]I know you have edited the section on "educational activities" on the Soka Gakkai page. Are you the one responsible for the new "Soka Education System" page? If so - nice going. If not -- check it out. Thanks. --Daveler16 (talk) 20:02, 31 July 2018 (UTC)
This is the second time you've added numerous superfluous references to the Soka Gakkai article. Please read WP:CITEKILL and adhere to it moving forward. Three or four is more than enough. wound theology◈ 06:53, 20 June 2024 (UTC)
- Kelvintjy : you also have been modifying the Daisaku Ikeda article without any arguments of using the "Talk" page. The change you made there (change = just getting back to an older version) does not respect several WP rules, among which the most important : NPOV. For instance, writing that Ikeda was a controversial leader is not an opinion, it's just a fact, it's sourced, and I am wondering what reasons you may have to censore this. Also, if you are a member of an organization and act on WP without being honnest about it, that is another rule you are breaking. Raoul mishima (talk) 14:37, 20 June 2024 (UTC)

It is fine if you object to the redirect. But you need to discuss exactly why you object to it when reverting. wound theology◈ 11:15, 25 June 2024 (UTC)

[edit]You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Political dissidence in the Empire of Japan. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Points to note:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Please engage in the discussion on the talk page. Peaceray (talk) 15:41, 16 July 2024 (UTC)

Your recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war; read about how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

Request reason:
- I just revert what had been discussed by other editors. I will total stop editing Soka Gakkai page and let it be filled by those who are against Soka Gakkai Kelvintjy (talk) 08:46, 18 October 2024 (UTC) *Another incident that is happening with other editor is now involving Daisaku Ikeda article. Request reason:
I will not go to another edit war with the mentioned editor and I will not edit the controversy section. I am more interested in editing the cultural peroformance an education part. Yamla, I do not intent go go to edit war with the editor involved. Should I just create a new article realated to Soka Gakkai on cultural and education section if I remain blocked forever? Please propose your edits on the talk page while you work to get unblocked. I don't find your request convincing; it may help for you to tell us how you will approach a future content dispute. 331dot (talk) 07:05, 22 October 2024 (UTC)
