[edit]Hello, KIfanboy. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "2021 in Amusement Parks".
In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been deleted. Kings Mills Antique Autos moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, Kings Mills Antique Autos, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. [edit]Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit you made to Kings Island, did not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you believe this was a mistake, or if you have any questions or concerns, discuss the issue on the article's talk page. Thank you. GoneIn60 (talk) 15:55, 22 October 2021 (UTC)
Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Cedar Point and Fast Lane (Cedar Fair). Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, please discuss the matter with the editor, preferably at the article's talk page in question such as Talk:Cedar Point, and seek consensus with them. See WP:BRD for an explanation of common dispute etiquette on Wikipedia. Alternatively, you can visit Wikipedia's dispute resolution page for further explanation and assistance.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute not covered on the dispute resolution page, you may seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Specifically, do not use enthusiast jargon phrases, such as SBNO, and stop placing "Closed for the 2021 season" in the Fast Lane article. Continued disruption at both articles will be swiftly reverted. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. --GoneIn60 (talk) 05:52, 25 October 2021 (UTC)
Please stop your disruptive editing.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant noticeboards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Fast Lane (Cedar Fair), you may be blocked from editing. GoneIn60 (talk) 17:12, 25 October 2021 (UTC)
Fast Lane
[edit]I'm not sure if you're reading these notices or just simply ignoring them, but you should discuss the edits you're trying to make before it leads to a block. First and foremost, you don't need to update articles with "Closed for the 2021 season" when it is a normal seasonal closure. We don't track that crap on Wikipedia. This is an encyclopedia, not a park guide (see WP:NOTGUIDE). Your continued disruption at Fast Lane (Cedar Fair) is going to come to a head soon if you don't take a moment to engage in discussion. Trying my best to engage with you. See WP:BRD and ask for help at WP:TEA if needed. Thanks. --GoneIn60 (talk) 17:17, 25 October 2021 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Kings Island. GoneIn60 (talk) 16:18, 28 October 2021 (UTC)
Stop moving pages
[edit]Please. Wait for someone to fix the mess you have made. Then seek help from other editors with exactly what title you want for the article. Usedtobecool ☎️ 18:32, 25 October 2021 (UTC)

- It would be helpful if you made comments in the edit summary, especially for changes such as this. That area has been called Celebration Plaza for many years, a simple note such as "changed per latest map" would avoid suspicion particularly when the user has a history of making unsourced changes that are often reverted.—JlACEer (talk) 13:48, 6 November 2021 (UTC)
- Oh sorry, I sometimes forget to comment KIfanboy (talk) 15:04, 6 November 2021 (UTC)
Kings Island
[edit]You made a ton of changes to an article I've worked on a lot over the years. Most were not helpful AT ALL, not even close. If you feel some of these should be restored, let's have a discussion on the article talk page at Talk:Kings Island, and let's break down what it is you're trying to accomplish here. I'm not going to let years of work get wrecked in a matter of 48 hours. --GoneIn60 (talk) 21:00, 5 November 2021 (UTC)
- The Ride Ratings I added were from the website, park maps and are correct. Have a look yourself.
- I'm using the Height and Safety guide, all my evidence is factual and correct. Sorry if you feel like im messing up your work, but the stuff I add is factual and is making the page corrected.
- I'm not talking about that. I'm sure some of what you're doing is legit. I haven't been reverting ALL of your edits. However, in this article, you removed the history covering "Screamin' Demon" and "King Cobra", as well as other sourced information. That has been restored. Why did you do that? --GoneIn60 (talk) 21:40, 5 November 2021 (UTC)
- I don’t really remember deleting those, lol, maybe it was a glitch??, all I did was update ride ratings and put things in alphabetical order by area and ride. I also added the current name near other things
- IE Kings Mills Log Flume (now known as Race For your Life Charlie Brown) and added former names in the sections that they were missing. KIfanboy (talk) 22:05, 5 November 2021 (UTC)
- But I’m sorry that happened, I seriously don’t know why all that was removed. KIfanboy (talk) 22:07, 5 November 2021 (UTC)
- All good. It's fixed now. But if you're curious, it happened in this edit. Also, it's preferred that you use semicolons (:) to indent your replies on talk pages, just an FYI. --GoneIn60 (talk) 23:15, 5 November 2021 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for November 7
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Wooden roller coaster, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Switchback. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:00, 7 November 2021 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not add or change content, as you did at Kings Dominion, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. I've been dropping you notes like this in the edit summaries, but you seem to be ignoring them. If you continue to add unsourced information, the warning will eventually lead to a block. Don't let it get to that point. GoneIn60 (talk) 22:37, 7 November 2021 (UTC)
- Um, the fast lane things are correct, added a source. Sorry
- Also Mystic Timbers and FOF at KI have a single rider line replace fast Lane during Winterfest
- And Afterburn and copperhead strike at carowinds do it also.
- I know from experience
- I’ll get a source if it’s needed, just don’t know how to add them. KIfanboy (talk) 23:21, 7 November 2021 (UTC)
- It should remain out until you get the source, not the other way around. This is a vital policy on Wikipedia. With as much work as you're doing, you're better off slowing down and even stopping until you understand how sourcing works. If you need help, go to WP:TEA and ask. Continuing down this path without seeking assistance is not in your best interest. --GoneIn60 (talk) 23:24, 7 November 2021 (UTC)
Please stop your disruptive editing.

Help citing sources
[edit]OK, to help you get started, go to WP:REFB. There's a video part of the way down you can watch. The toolbar in that video looks like an older version, but the steps are similar to what you still do today. The "Templates" dropdown is what you want to use. You'll want to choose the "cite web" template for most online sources. Choose "cite news" for newspapers and other websites that are obviously news sources (e.g., CNN.com, LA Times, etc).
When the window appears, it makes it easy to include the URL, author name, title, date, and also make sure you fill in the "access date" as well, which is usually today's date. For dates on U.S. articles, make sure it's written in the month/day/year format. If you plan to cite the source more than once in the article, then fill in the "Ref name" field with something that makes sense. Then under "Named references" you can select it again later on in the same article instead of filling out the entire form each time. That's about all you need to know to get started. If you need additional help, veteran editors at WP:TEA will be happy to assist. --GoneIn60 (talk) 01:40, 8 November 2021 (UTC)
Ok thanks, can you reupdate the single rider line thing, I’ll send the source in the morning KIfanboy (talk) 02:07, 8 November 2021 (UTC)
Page move issues
[edit]Not only was there a formatting issue with the page move you recently tried (missing space between "Flyer" and the parenthesis), but this page move shouldn't have happened in the first place. The ride's name is more recognizable than the model name, and it is considered the common name. You have been warned about past page moves by Usedtobecool. I suggest you discuss future page moves on the article talk page and obtain consensus before doing something like that again. You need to get the hang of when a page move should happen and why before you continue doing this on a regular basis. --GoneIn60 (talk) 05:31, 11 November 2021 (UTC)
Stop moving pages without discussion. You moved two more today that needed to be reverted back, and you seem to be ignoring the last two warnings you received. This is the last one you'll get. Until you understand the process, you need to discuss all page moves with other editors on the article talk page. Continuing down this path will lead to a loss of editing privileges. --GoneIn60 (talk) 17:58, 13 November 2021 (UTC)

Decline reason:
We don't know who is sitting at the computer operating an account; even if you are two separate people, this is a example of meat puppetry. I'm not sure what is amusing about this, but your cousin, if that's who it is, will need to get unblocked first. 331dot (talk) 14:34, 15 November 2021 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- (edit conflict) a) Unless your cousin is literally sitting at the same computer as you, you are being dishonest with us. b) Your "cousin" chose to create an account after the AN/I thread opened and their only activity was to comment on that thread, so even if this were someone else (and that's highly doubtful), this would still be a likely meatpuppetry issue. ArbCom 2021 Elections voter message
[edit]Page moves (part 2)
[edit]You were advised several times to seek help with page moves. Your recent move of Avalanche to Reptilian (Kings Dominion) is not correct. It should be Reptilian (ride), since there are no other rides with that name. Page moving has been a problem and continues to be, and it was one of the reasons you were blocked before. Moving forward, you should seek consensus on the article talk page prior to moving, ask for help at WP:TEA, or post a message at WT:WikiProject Amusement Parks. If you continue to ignore these warnings and cause further disruption, additional action will be taken which could lead to another block. --GoneIn60 (talk) 07:41, 25 January 2022 (UTC)
Ongoing disruptive editing
[edit]Your editing behavior is beginning to show a pattern of disruption again. First, you went back to moving pages after you were warned against doing so without asking for help, then you briefly disrupted Kings Island here, here, here, and here. Now you're hitting multiple articles quickly with incorrect information, as seen here and here. If you need help, you are way overdue on asking, which you can do at WP:TEA. You can also learn through a tutorial at WP:TWA. If you continue to ignore these talk page notices, you may lose editing privileges again. --GoneIn60 (talk) 06:34, 9 February 2022 (UTC)
- To add to the above, your edits to several of the ride pages of rides located at Kings Dominion, such as Twisted Timbers, Apple Zapple (Kings Dominion), The Crypt (Kings Dominion), and Grizzly (Kings Dominion), were all undone because either the name of the park section that you added was already mentioned in the article, or that was not the name of that section of the park when the ride existed. I don't know if this is carelessness or deliberate disruption, but it needs to stop.—JlACEer (talk) 16:23, 9 February 2022 (UTC)
- KIfanboy – Generally, the lead section is an article summary and can repeat information, but I agree that these items/descriptions were not significant enough to be in the lead. In addition, they should always be in the body first cited to an appropriate source regardless if they're in the lead or not. --GoneIn60 (talk) 16:46, 9 February 2022 (UTC)
Page moves (part 3)
[edit]You have been advised several times to seek help with page moves. Now we have yet another move that is not correct. Had you requested discussion first you would have been advised that Bizarro (roller coaster) should have been moved to Medusa (Six Flags Great Aventure) not Medusa (Six Flags) as you have done, since there is more than coaster named Medusa within the Six Flags chain. Stop your disruptive editing or you will be blocked again.—JlACEer (talk) 21:09, 3 March 2022 (UTC)

Silver Streak roller coaster
[edit]For the record, the 2001 map for Canada's Wonderland shows the ride as "Silver Streak," it has not changed its name at any point. That, and I'm looking at a newspaper article from the opening season for the ride, with that name. -- Zanimum (talk) 00:11, 8 August 2022 (UTC)
