Wrong place

I have moved John Palmieri to User:John Palmieri/sandbox. An article at John Palmieri should be a biography but you are strongly encouraged not to create autobiographies. The text you submittd seemed to be personal reflections/sermon material. May I suggest that these would go much better on your blog.
