Links to draft articles

Please do not introduce links in actual articles to draft articles, as you did to Minzu University of China. Since a draft is not yet ready for the main article space, it is not in shape for ordinary readers, and links from articles should not go to a draft. Such links are contrary to the Manual of Style. The concerns of Theroadislong around sourcing are still an issue. Government sources are OK, but it needs to be more than just press releases or database entries showing that the university exists. Of course the University's website thinks that the university is great, that's its job! What does local media/Xinhua/CCTV say about the university? Has the University been written about in books about the history of Ningxia? My additional issue involves the tone of the article. It's close, but still reads a little like a promotional brochure for the University.
