WikiCup 2012 January newsletter
WikiCup 2012 is off to a flying start. At the time of writing, we have 112 contestants; comparable to last year, but slightly fewer than 2010. Signups will remain open for another week, after which time they will be closed for this year. Our currrent far-away leader is Grapple X (submissions), due mostly to his work on a slew of good articles about The X-Files; there remain many such articles waiting to be reviewed at good article candidates. Second place is currently held by Ruby2010 (submissions), whose points come mostly from good articles about television episodes, although good article reviews, did you knows and an article about a baroness round out the score. In third place is Jivesh boodhun (submissions), who has scored 200 points for his work on a single featured article, as well as points for work on others, mostly in the area of pop music. In all, nine users have 100 or more points. However, at the other end of the scale, there are still dozens of participants who are yet to score. Please remember to update your submission pages promptly!
The 64 highest scoring participants will advance to round 2 in a month's time. There, they will be split into eight random groups of eight. The score needed to reach the next round is not at all clear; last year, 8 points guaranteed a place. The year before, 20.
A few participants and their work warrant a mention for achieving "firsts" in this competition.
- 12george1 (submissions) was the first to score, with his good article review of Illinois v. McArthur.
- 12george1 (submissions) was also the first to score points for an article, thanks to his work on Hurricane Debby (1982)- now a good article. Tropical storms have featured heavily in the Cup, and good articles currently have a relatively fast turnaround time for reviews.
- Sp33dyphil (submissions) was the first to score points for a did you know, with Russian submarine K-114 Tula. Military history is another subject which has seen a lot of Cup activity.
- Sp33dyphil (submissions) is also the first person to successfully claim bonus points. Terminator 2: Judgment Day is now a good article, and was eligible for bonus points because the subject was covered on more than 20 other Wikipedias at the start of the competition. It is fantastic to see bonus points being claimed so early!
- Speciate (submissions) was the first to score points for an In the News entry, with Paedophryne amauensis. The lead image from the article was also used on the main page for a time, and it's certainly eye-catching!
- Jivesh boodhun (submissions) was the first to score points for a featured article, and is, at the moment, the only competitor to claim for one. The article, "Halo" (Beyoncé Knowles song), was also worth double points because of its wide coverage. While this is an article that Jivesh and others have worked on for some time, it is undeniable that he has put considerable work into it this year, pushing it over the edge.
We are yet to see any featured lists, featured topics or good topics, but this is unsurprising; firstly, the nomination processes with each of these can take some time, and, secondly, it can take a considerable amount of time to work content to this level. In a similar vein, we have seen only one featured article. The requirement that content must have been worked on this year to be eligible means that we did not expect to see these at the start of the competition. No points have been claimed for featured portals or pictures, but these are not content types which are often claimed; the former has never made a big impact on the WikiCup, while the latter has not done so since 2009's competition.
A quick rules clarification before the regular notices: If you are concerned that another user is claiming points inappropriately, please contact a judge to take a look at the article. Competitors policing one another can create a bad atmosphere, and may lead to inconsistencies and mistakes. Rest assured that we, the judges, are making an effort to check submissions, but it is possible that we will miss something. On a loosely related note: If you are concerned that your nomination, be it at good article candidates, a featured process or anywhere else, will not receive the necessary reviews, please list it on Wikipedia:WikiCup/Reviews. However, please remember to continue to offer reviews at GAC, FAC and all the other pages that require them to prevent any backlogs which could otherwise be caused by the Cup. As ever, questions are welcome on Wikipedia talk:WikiCup and the judges are reachable on their talk pages, or by email. Good luck! If you wish to start receiving or stop receiving this newsletter, please feel free to add or remove yourself from Wikipedia:WikiCup/Newsletter/Send. Nice work!
Nice work on the Beyonce songs article. You work fast. ;) I've been working on Jenny's since November. I guess I'm a slow joke. :L I would really appreciate it if you could help me out with the lead? I just can't seem to get it right. — Status {talkcontribs 08:28, 1 February 2012 (UTC)
- LOL. I meant poke. I did that earlier too. :L Why must I keep doing that? Yeah, I do. I don't think Jenny's needs to be that long. I'm just struggling with doing the recording, sound, etc. paragraph (which would be the second one). I have it planned out to me: 1st par - intro and shit, 2nd par - info about the songs, recording, 3rd par - controversy surrounding the songs. — Status {talkcontribs 08:33, 1 February 2012 (UTC)
- Also, I'd love you forever if you finished formatting the BMI references for me. I seriously have too much shit on the go. I went and created Personal life and public image of Jennifer Lopez now, and am also working on Jenny's main article. xD — Status {talkcontribs 08:34, 1 February 2012 (UTC)
- I wish I could do that... LOL. The only article that could be copy and pasted a bit is Love? :( Her other articles are shit. I'll eventually get to them... xD Been focusing so much on the lists. — Status {talkcontribs 08:36, 1 February 2012 (UTC)

- I also thought the same but after I've seen Live at Wembley (Beyoncé Knowles album) and Sticky & Sweet Tour (album) where they weren't separated I thought that it would be a mistake if I do that. And can you please copy-edit the article now? And if you can please find sources for the release in Italy and Argentina. My love is love (talk) 15:54, 2 February 2012 (UTC)

Heading change in Love the Way You Lie
Sincere apologies that I had to revert you. I thought I would explain why or else it would be rude and I would be claiming "ownership" of the article: the last paragraph of the sectoin focuses more on the general theme than in-depth lyrical interpretation. It discusses how the song's message is influenced by the Chris Brown assault and Eminem's ex-wife Kim. True there is in-depth analysis in the middle paragraphs, but that's all part of the theme too. :-) —WP:PENGUIN · [ TALK ] 12:26, 2 February 2012 (UTC)

Peer review limits changed
This is a notice to all users who currently have at least one open peer review at Wikipedia:Peer review. Because of the large number of peer review requests and relatively low number of reviewers, the backlog of PRs has been at 20 or more almost continually for several months. The backlog is for PR requests which have gone at least four days without comments, and some of these have gone two weeks or longer waiting for a review.
While we have been able to eventually review all PRs that remain on the backlog, something had to change. As a result of the discussion here, the consensus was that all users are now limited to one (1) open peer review request.
If you already have more than one open PR, that is OK in this transition period, but you cannot open any more until all your active PR requests have been closed. If you would like someone to close a PR for you, please ask at Wikipedia talk:Peer review. If you want to help with the backlog, please review an article whoe PR request is listed at Wikipedia:Peer review/backlog/items. Thanks, Ruhrfisch ><>°° 02:59, 3 February 2012 (UTC)

Hello Jivesh, you could ask the user "Ericorbit" if he can use the WebCite, equal in article "1+1" (http://www.webcitation.org/602pgUltT)? for all users confirm the information (see Wikipedia:Verifiability). For example, source in article "Resentment" peaked at #11, can not be varificada by all users, this is not correct. You can ask the user, please? (I never talked to this user, but someone here can do this... please!) Lucas S. msg 12:02, 3 February 2012 (UTC)

Hey
Do you think I need to get You Don't Love Me (No, No, No) peer reviewed before I can nominate Music of the Sun for Good Topic? Aaron • You Da One 13:14, 3 February 2012 (UTC)
- It's not in Rihanna's Wiki-project. So no. And peer reviews? For what? Jivesh1205 (Talk) 13:15, 3 February 2012 (UTC)
- Articles related to the topic which are ineligable for GA have to be peer reviewed first to address any outstanding issues. That's why those two Rihanna tours were just peer reviewed, because they can't become a GA. Aaron • You Da One 13:18, 3 February 2012 (UTC)

- 3 articles. You need a minimum of 3. And the nomination process is so complicated! Aaron • You Da One 13:31, 3 February 2012 (UTC)
- Well, that's okay then. Nevertheless, I think it's very bad. A good topic should (in my opinion) have at least five articles, excluding the album. Jivesh1205 (Talk) 14:56, 3 February 2012 (UTC)

I am looking forward to your Queen B progress, have to say "Broken-Hearted Girl" is looking sharp too! But again congratulations Jivesh!! -FeuDeJoie (talk) 18:09, 6 February 2012 (UTC)
Personal things
I'm not sure why you think I have anything against you. I'm simply trying to discuss what makes sense for the Beyoncé wiki project. I'm not sure why you take these articles so personally that when I disagree on a matter you think I'm trying to attack you. It's just an encyclopedia. I never said anything about you personally and wouldn't unless you were being destructive to articles. I know that because this is text you might read what I say in any voice and maybe you read me as angry but I assure you I am a very happy, calm, down to earth person. I'm sorry if I offended you but I'm just trying to be more of an editor than a Beyoncé fan. RatiziAngeloucontribs 21:41, 2 February 2012 (UTC)
- You are not sure? You always contradict me. I'm just trying to be more of an editor than a Beyoncé fan. - What do you think of me then? That I am more of a fan than an editor? Jivesh1205 (Talk) 04:52, 3 February 2012 (UTC)
- I just think you don't always try to be unbiased. And you take things to personally when ever it's just a light debate. When I'm debating a subject matter, I don't get angry or emotional or accuse people of treating me unfairly. You have to be a cool customer to deal with people online. I don't intentionally contradict you because you're Jivesh and I feel like you're just instantly wrong. That would be silly. I love all the work you've put into this project, and just because I don't thank you, it doesn't mean that I don't greatly appreciate it. I just clearly feel differently about certain things. You can't be mad just because I have an opinion that's different than yours. RatiziAngeloucontribs 20:55, 3 February 2012 (UTC)
- Listen, I don't work on the articles for people to thank me or to give me barnstars. But I don't work on them for people to come and complain when there is nothing to complain about. I cannot understand how the feel the anon was right. Have you even read "I Care"? Anyway, I think this is going too far and I do not want to stretch it further. So, please accept my sincere appologies. Discussion closed on this topic. Jivesh1205 (Talk) 04:54, 4 February 2012 (UTC)
- You're getting upset when I'm just trying to talk about this rationally. Yes. I've read "I Care." I get that it has a lot of information on it's writing and production and it's all from credible sources and that's all fine and well. All I'm saying is that from a non R&B fan's perspective, it's a song that doesn't matter. Maybe that is complaining about a non problem. That's fine. But you won't talk to me about it and help me understand your reasoning. You immediately get defensive and try to get me to just ignore the subject. We should be able to talk about this rationally. If you would explain why you think the article is important or explain why it doesn't matter either way, we wouldn't be having a long drawn out arguement. RatiziAngeloucontribs 20:40, 4 February 2012 (UTC)
- The article is important to me because I edit articles related to music. I do not edit articles related to monuments, authors, sex, biology, literature, submarines, etc. As simple as this. Plus as far I know, the articles I create pass all necessary criteria. Jivesh1205 (Talk) 06:02, 5 February 2012 (UTC)
- Well, I meant specifics but whatever :P It doesn't matter. I didn't want to get rid of the articles anyway. It was the anon. RatiziAngeloucontribs 05:34, 6 February 2012 (UTC)

Copy-edit request
Hey, Jivesh. While I normally prefer reviewing so that requesting editors can discuss and better follow my concerns, I don't mind copy-editing when necessary either. I would love to help out, although it should be noted that I'm not all too familiar with music articles. Hope this answers your questions! Regards, Auree ★ 05:05, 9 February 2012 (UTC)
- Tell you what. I'll review it like I would a FAC—that is, applying only light changes while reading through and listing more significant concerns in the review. Is there any particular deadline as to when you'd prefer I have it done? Auree ★ 05:14, 9 February 2012 (UTC)
Prose review
A few comments as requested on your Broken Hearted Girl article:
- The first thing to say is that as far as I can discover there is not a spelling mistake to be seen – which is rare even in the prose of the best and most experienced writers. I see that sometimes you omit the accent from the singer's first name, but this is only in quotations/citations, and I imagine the original authors omitted the accent, in which case you are of course right to do so when quoting them. (There is one "Michaelango" rather than the usual "Michelangelo" but I assume that the former is how this particular man spells his name.)
- Thanks. Yes for the second. Jivesh1205 (Talk) 12:40, 9 February 2012 (UTC)
- The structure of the article seems eminently sensible.
- Thanks. Jivesh1205 (Talk) 12:40, 9 February 2012 (UTC)
- You have added Wikilinks very thoroughly – perhaps too thoroughly here and there: do we really need a link to "musical instrument" or "guitar", for example?
- One place where I felt the need for a link that wasn't there was at "emo" in the first sentence of "Composition and lyrical interpretation".
- Actually, I had wiki-linked this but it seems that someone removed it. Done again. Jivesh1205 (Talk) 12:40, 9 February 2012 (UTC)
- Both in the lead and in "Critical reception" you mention "the production". I was unsure what this meant; is it the musical arrangement, the recording quality or something else?
- It is both the musical arrangement and the quality of recording. Jivesh1205 (Talk) 12:40, 9 February 2012 (UTC)
- Possibly worth spelling that out in the article, perhaps? Tim riley (talk) 13:41, 9 February 2012 (UTC)
- I know that what you are saying is not wrong, but the critics write it that way. I mean they do not go into details, so that may be interpreted as my original research by some reviewers. That's why I did not elaborate on it. Jivesh1205 (Talk) 15:09, 9 February 2012 (UTC)
- That's an entirely fair point. Why don't you see what other reviewers say about this (if anything) at FAC? (En passant, please let me know when you put the article forward for FAC and I will certainly add my support.} Tim riley (talk) 16:33, 9 February 2012 (UTC)
- Sure Tim. I will see how things come about there. And yes, I will inform you. :) Thanks for everything. Jivesh1205 (Talk) 16:36, 9 February 2012 (UTC)
- Hi. I noticed that Tim was helping you with this. I can confirm that most encyclopedia readers will not be sure what you mean by "production" as it is sometimes used throughout this article. Can you use wikilinks or anything else to try to clarify what you mean when you say, for example: "Its production ... is accompanied with strings". Does this simply mean that the song is accompanied by strings? It will be very helpful to readers for you to clear this up. You also say that critics were unimpressed with the "production". Did they dislike the arrangements, the balance between singer and musicians, the tempi, the vocals, the playing of the musicians, or what? Hope this helps you clarify this for your readers. All the best! -- Ssilvers (talk) 00:19, 10 February 2012 (UTC)

Collaboration
Hi Jivesh. Looks like the Grammy Awards were in Adele's favour, no surprise there. I've been thinking: I'm really desperate for a collaboration on a Beyoncé article, seriously. Are you willing to team up with me on an article so that we can eventually co-nom at FAC? The only problem is which article, as all of them are pretty much GA quality. Ideas and accept? Thanks. —WP:PENGUIN · [ TALK ] 19:38, 13 February 2012 (UTC)
- How about this; You can take "Sweet Dreams" or some other article that I should have taken. And I'll work on I Am... World Tour for GA. What do you say about it Jivesh? And thanks about the award. :D My love is love (talk) 01:13, 14 February 2012 (UTC)
- WP, I am so happy to read this. Listen, what about choosing between "Crazy in Love" and "Sweet Dreams"? Well, I would have loved to concentrate on SD now because CIL is a mess. But WP, I have no problem if you want to work on another article. Really. :)) And you are welcome Darko. :D Jivesh1205 (Talk) 04:38, 14 February 2012 (UTC)

- It's a really catchy song. I was going to ask you about a school project I'm presenting tomorrow. We've got to pick a music video and deconstruct it and how it adds to the song's lyrics and tone. I chose the Grammy-winning "Someone Like You". Orane's not online right now, so I was going to ask you: Adele crosses the Pont Alexandre III bridge in Paris in the video, which is ironic because it is an extremely romantic landmark in the city and she is now single (in the video). How would this enhance the song's effect? —WP:PENGUIN · [ TALK ] 19:51, 14 February 2012 (UTC)

Something needs to be done about someones reviewing skills, or apparent lack of. I just read an article that was recently passed and it is flooded with mistakes. It even passed without issues being addressed. Aaron • You Da One 13:44, 14 February 2012 (UTC)

"I Was Here"
Hello Jivesh,
I'm Danyale. I am very new to Wikipedia and frankly wouldn't be here if I didn't have a composition class that's focus is on the Wikipedia editing process. Anyway, I am working on an assignment to take a none featured article and make the proper changes so that it is in line with the Wikipedia "featured article criteria". In my opinion this article is already worthy of, at least, a nomination but I know that this is not really the case. Anyway, I'm going to fail this assignment... probably. Can you tell me, what do you think could be added to this article to better align it with the "featured article criteria"? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Danyale Green (talk • contribs) 22:18, 19 February 2012 (UTC)

Do you mean he was caught out for making stuff up so he's left? The Rambling Man (talk) 18:42, 23 February 2012 (UTC)
- No. I mean someone raised concerns about his editing. He felt bad and it's natural. I think he has better to do than see people moaning about his excellent work. He is not losing anything. Wikipedia lost a great editor. I cannot handle these Mr. Know It All. Jivesh1205 (Talk) 18:45, 23 February 2012 (UTC)
- Hold on, I wasn't the one who raised the issue with Legolas' edits. It appears that many sources he used don't exist. It would be better if he could just come back and tell us that they did. His absence is unfortunately being taken as an admission of guilt. The Rambling Man (talk) 18:47, 23 February 2012 (UTC)
- Did I ever say it was you? And why should he come back? This place will ruin all of us. And tell me, are you always so authoritative? Jivesh1205 (Talk) 18:49, 23 February 2012 (UTC)
- Okay, perhaps I was unclear as to who you were addressing when you responded to my last post by calling me "Mr. Know It All". And no, not authoritative. I have experience in many areas of Wikipedia, but never claim authority. I work hard as an editor and that's all. So ask Legolas to prove the community wrong. And realise that whenever I provide comment, it's to make this place better (for the reader) which sometimes makes it worse (for the editors). Get over that, we need to work hard to do our best for our community. If you disagree, then perhaps this isn't the ideal project. The Rambling Man (talk) 18:53, 23 February 2012 (UTC)
- I never pointed to you. Now if you think that title fits you, I cannot add anything. I also work hard as an editor and that's all. Except that some people are impossible to get along with. Jivesh1205 (Talk) 19:04, 23 February 2012 (UTC)

Well who knows who you were addressing then. In any case, we all have to work hard to get along with people whose opinions are different from our own, it's a simple case of "that's life", and an essential part of making articles at Wikipedia better. The Rambling Man (talk) 19:06, 23 February 2012 (UTC)
- Well, only if that person also listens to you instead of imposing his opinion on everything. There is not necessarily something wrong with me. It might be you. I have never gone through what I am going since a few days. We have different opinions and I cannot handle your character but I will deal with the situation more calmly as from now. Thanks for reaching out to PhoenixJHudson. He'll have to respond on his talk page if he responds, because he has been blocked for violating his restrictions again. I know it may look like I'm being harsh with him, but I really am just trying to give him an avenue back to being an editor again after being blocked for nearly two years. He's not going to be able to work well here until he learns to discuss things, and learns that sometimes the material he wants to add just won't get included in an article. Any help you can give is appreciated.—Kww(talk) 14:52, 28 February 2012 (UTC)
- That's pretty much where we are. He was blocked indefinitely Sept 19, 2010 (as Iluvrihanna24), and I unblocked him last week with some restrictions. He hasn't been following them. He was told that we would get blocked for a week for the first violation and a month for the second. So far, I've been blocking less than that.—Kww(talk) 15:36, 28 February 2012 (UTC)
WikiCup 2012 February newsletter
Round 1 is already over! The 64 highest scorers have progressed to round 2. Our highest scorer was Grapple X (submissions), again thanks mostly to a swathe of good articles on The X-Files. In second place was Tigerboy1966 (submissions), thanks an impressive list of did you knows about racehorses. Both scored over 400 points. Following behind with over 300 points were Ruby2010 (submissions), Cwmhiraeth (submissions), Miyagawa (submissions) and Casliber (submissions). February also saw the competition's first featured list: List of colleges and universities in North Dakota, from Ruby2010 (submissions). At the other end of the scale, 11 points was enough to secure a place in this round, and some contestants with 10 points made it into the round on a tiebreaker. This is higher than the 8 points that were needed last year, but lower than the 20 points required the year before. The number of points required to progress to round 3 will be significantly higher.
The remaining contestants have been split into 8 pools of 8, named A through H. Round two will finish in two months time on 28 April, when the two highest scorers in each pool, as well as the next 16 highest scorers, will progress to round 3. The pools were entirely random, so while some pools may end up being more competitive than others, this is by chance rather than design.
The judges would like to point out two quick rules reminders. First, any content promoted during the interim period (that is, on or after 27 February) is eligible for points in round 2. Second, any content worked on significantly this year is eligible for points if promoted in this round. On a related note, if you are concerned that your nomination, be it at good article candidates, a featured process or anywhere else, will not receive the necessary reviews, please list it on Wikipedia:WikiCup/Reviews. However, please remember to continue to offer reviews at GAC, FAC and all the other pages that require them to prevent any backlogs which would otherwise be caused by the Cup. As ever, questions are welcome on Wikipedia talk:WikiCup and the judges are reachable on their talk pages or by email. Good luck! If you wish to start receiving or stop receiving this newsletter, please feel free to add or remove yourself from Wikipedia:WikiCup/Newsletter/Send. I know what that's like and it's hard, but most of his concerns, however nitpicky, will remain actionable in the eyes of the delegates. I really recommend you take the higher road on this one, and if you really do feel it's become a conflict on interest, notify the delegates. Good luck, and I hope my comment wasn't offensive. For what it's worth, I thought something odd was up: I know you're one of the more civil members around here, so I was a bit baffled when I noticed the tone of your responses Auree ★★ 16:25, 1 March 2012 (UTC)
Jivesh, I was really surprised too. The FAC was actually going smoothly until your harsh responses. I think patience will help you co-operate with reviewers and much of his comments are reasonable. Your comment on the reviewer's talk page was also quite rude. Sorry to sound insulting and I do not mean to be, but don't you want this FAC to pass? You worked hard on it, so now's not the time to lose it. Best, —WP:PENGUIN · [ TALK ] 20:27, 1 March 2012 (UTC)
- hi, "yada yada yada" comes from a TV show "The Yada Yada", but it's used to mean "and so forth" - all the things I don't want to bother to repeat, etc. In other words, in the article just continue on with what ever you were saying ("yada yada yada") after you make whatever correction the reviewer was suggesting. e.g. yada yada Or you can look up other definitions. I agree it isn't the best of wording in an article review comment. MathewTownsend (talk) 21:30, 1 March 2012 (UTC)
- Reading over the comment again, I'm not sure what he means regarding your article. MathewTownsend (talk) 21:37, 1 March 2012 (UTC)

Thanks wholeheartedly to both of you for the copy-edits you did yesterday. Jivesh1205 (Talk) 04:32, 2 March 2012 (UTC)
Telling him to go away and leave you alone is unhelpful and grossly unnecessary, when all he's doing is reviewing an article to bring it up to FAC standards. He's not hounding you and you can't convince me that he is. It's not a matter of knowing him or not. Your remarks were irrelevant to the actual FAC. You got aggravated with the Rihanna FLC too without reason. As for the FAC comments, I'll try me best to address most of them. —WP:PENGUIN · [ TALK ] 18:32, 2 March 2012 (UTC)
- (edit conflict) I try my level best to control myself but I am not able to do it lately. I feel like telling people everything directly. But yes, I know that it will not help Penguin. Thanks for your advice. And thanks for fixing the issues on the FAC. I am losing interest. I should stay away till he is around. Thanks again for helping. Jivesh1205 (Talk) 18:35, 2 March 2012 (UTC)

Things like "your POV" and "I don't care about Metallica" are unnecessary. His points are valid; try and co-operate instead of dismissing. You'll be fortunate.

- Lol True, but the problem is that today his songs are mostly dance (damn you, Max Martin!). - Saulo Talk to Me 11:58, 5 March 2012 (UTC)
- :O I wondered why they were doing so bad when they are amazing tracks! How come I didn't heard about this before? The Top40 radio only spin Dance/Pop songs now? - Saulo Talk to Me 12:05, 5 March 2012 (UTC)
- Well, then there is a good and bad side about this. The bad side is that not everyone will hear those singles because the general public mostly listen to Top 40 radios. But we must agree that "Love on Top" was lucky, because that performance did an amazing job and made the song peak inside the Top 20 in the US. And I must say that I actually prefer people to buy albums than singles, because that means they will get all the songs. That's why Beyoncé sold over 2 million copies this last year, even with small promotion when compared to her standards. Beyoncé is an albums artist, if you know what I mean. - Saulo Talk to Me 12:15, 5 March 2012 (UTC)
- That's impressive! :O By the way, I thought Beyoncé was going to release "End of Time" as the next single... - Saulo Talk to Me 12:23, 5 March 2012 (UTC)

I have only heard a few, but the first one is really cool! It's not too distant from the original song, that's why I like it. And I hope she does record the video here too. But I hope there isn't some kind of curse or something because she taped the Put It in a Love Song video here and it was never release (I'm still waiting for it to leak!)... :( - Saulo Talk to Me 12:32, 5 March 2012 (UTC)
- Yes, I do! :D And you have no idea how Beyoncé is huge in here. Haven't you heard that 4 went triple platinum here on the day it was released? And her team was really smart, because there is always one song of hers that is featured on a soapopera here (I don't like soapoperas, but they are huge too. I don't know why, but they are like the CSI from the US mutiplied by ten if you analize the viewers), and that's why the public keeps requesting and buying her albums. Her DVDs also sell like crazy. And I haven't seen any Bee flash-mob here yet. :( But I'm going to search for them on YouTube (if there is any there). - Saulo Talk to Me 12:48, 5 March 2012 (UTC)
- That flash-mob was really cool! And yes, "1+1" was featured on a soap opera called Fina Estampa. It was even included on the soundtrack that was released to promote it. - Saulo Talk to Me 13:00, 5 March 2012 (UTC)
- Well thank you! I mean, I really do love Beyoncé. I love her and Britney since I was 4 years old, and I have never understood why the fan bases hate each other so much when both singers clearly don't. By the way, I left Rihanna's Wiki Project because I'm currently focusing on Britney's articles, but if you need any help on any Beyoncé article, just ask. :) - Saulo Talk to Me 13:11, 5 March 2012 (UTC)
- I'm glad I met you online too! Lol You are very kind too. I'm going to edit a few more pages now, I'll talk to you later if I have any questions or comments. - Saulo Talk to Me 13:24, 5 March 2012 (UTC)
