Hello. Do you remember the review above? :P I am wondering if you will finish it, or do you prefer if I re-start the process and wait until another reviewer takes it? — ΛΧΣ21 21:37, 21 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry! I've been busy editing in other areas. I will resume reviewing tomorrow, I noticed that the previous problems have been addressed so far :) —Jennie | 21:21, 22 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Azealia Banks, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Weave (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Jennie, I notice that you seem to have abandoned this review once again. Are you still interested in pursuing it? If not, then please just say so and a new reviewer will be found. If you do intend to continue with it, that's great, but it deserves enough of your Wikipedia attention so real progress is made. You initiated the review 69 days ago: that's a very long time. Hello Zoe. As I said in one of my previous edit summaries, it's difficult to categorise Misha with only 2 released singles and a mixtape, however she isn't a soul artist (from what we have seen). If an artist chooses to sing a soul song or borrow stylistic/musical influence, it doesn't make them part of the soul genre. In some of the sources you have provided there is a mention of words like "soulful" and "soul vibe", but no evidence of her entering that genre. Her performances on The X Factor and before then do touch on the genre, but this was before she was notable and an artist's genre's can't be formed by a competition with restricted song choices. She is at the moment very much in the hip-hop, dance and R&B area, but I wouldn't be surprised if her upcoming debut album contains soul prominently, from there I would agree with its inclusion (it's just not clear now). —Jennie | 22:32, 12 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
hi Jenny :) ...I agree that you cant judge her by xfactor performances....except perhaps her audition ...Respect ....I guess I looked more at style before the competition and the sources that review afterwards. I think the next-big-sound chart is possibly authoritative in its description of her style. I reverted your revert but I am bit over tired at the moment and realise i should have waited and discussed more here first...Zoebuggie☺whispers 22:46, 12 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I undone that revert :) I think she's influenced by soul, but you can't call someone a soul artist when they haven't released a soul song. I think her debut album may present her as a soul artist, and I would support its inclusion then, but at the moment there is little evidence to go off. —Jennie | 23:06, 12 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Belated Happy New Year with a Toast!

Here's a toast to the host
Of those who edit wiki near and far,
To a friend we send a message, "keep the data up to par".
We drink to those who wrote a lot of prose,
And then they whacked a vandal several dozen blows.
A toast to the host of those who boast, the Wikipedians!
