Looks great

[edit]

Hey, I like the new table, great job. I corrected some minor spelling mistakes. Hmm...of course if you want to further your work on the article you can Cite some of the unreferenced sections. And if you want more feedback from a wider audience you can make a request here. Cheers and happy editing, keep up the great work. ~ Arjun 21:24, 2 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

World calendar template

[edit]

I removed all additions of the Calendar reforms template because it violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy—it either assumes that the World calendar will supersede the Gregorian calendar or that it is better than all other calendar reforms. Wikipedia does not allow one point of view, here a specific calendar reform, to take precedence over all others. — Joe Kress 00:30, 18 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of List of states that formally recognise the independent Republic of Slovenia

[edit]

I have nominated List of states that formally recognise the independent Republic of Slovenia, an article you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of states that formally recognise the independent Republic of Slovenia. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Declined speedy deletion: Domnus of Stridon

[edit]

I noticed that you tagged the page Domnus of Stridon for speedy deletion with the reason "Domnus of Stridon as one of only five attendants of the council from Western part of the empire, has most likely never existed". However, this is not currently one of our criteria for speedy deletion, so I have removed the speedy deletion tag. You can take the page to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion for discussion on the merits if you still seek deletion. Thanks! IffyChat -- 09:28, 19 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I've created Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Domnus of Stridon. Hope it's ok. --Janezdrilc (talk) 10:46, 19 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, just a couple more suggestions, it would be easier for anyone interested in participating if you copied and pasted your reasoning from the talk page to the AFD page, and (Unless I've read your reasoning wrong) you should make it clearer that WP:HOAX is the policy/guideline that supports your reaon for wanting deletion. IffyChat -- 11:45, 19 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for help. I've copied reason also there. --Janezdrilc (talk) 11:55, 19 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Category:Slovenian novels by writer indicating that it is currently empty, and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion. If it remains empty for seven days or more, it may be deleted under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and removing the speedy deletion tag. Liz Read! Talk! 20:55, 21 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
