InterFaith Works moved to draftspace

[edit]

Thanks for your contributions to InterFaith Works. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it is promotional and reads like an advertisement. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Someone who's wrong on the internet (talk) 07:37, 28 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Interfaith_Works_(Syracuse) moved back to sandbox

[edit]

Hi @Jacook15, I moved your draft back to the sandbox. Like the editor mentioned above, the draft reads in a promotional tone, like text you'd find on their non-profit website or a profile page. Remember Wikipedia is an encyclopedia - it's supposed to present information in a neutral fashion. And the information needs to come from secondary sources, independent of the topic. Think like mainstream news organizations or academic journals. For an encyclopedic entry, we want the highlights of the org, the milestones, their history - why are news publications writing about them? What makes them notable? You want your information to come from publications that have a reputation for fact-checking and some kind of journalistic/academic rigor in their work. I suggest checking out the Words to watch page for examples on writing for Wikipedia. I also think you need additional secondary sources, independent of the topic to support the notability criteria of this article. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about what I wrote.
