I would not resubmit until you have an extremely large amount (any additional amount will suffice, as long as it's not only a few extra links compared to the currently listed) of extra news sources such as in-depth and third-party and please no press releases and trivial passing mentions. This is still questionable for notability.

You should attribute the content of a draft to outside sources, using citations, but copying and pasting or closely paraphrasing sources is not acceptable. The entire draft should be written using your own words and structure.
