Hello Ishanshah012. The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to Draft:Clinical Practice and Cases in Emergency Medicine, gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Ishanshah012. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Ishanshah012|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. Tom (LT) (talk) 23:39, 30 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Tom (LT)!

Thank you for your feedback and for clarifying what I need to fix on my draft. I am being paid for the creation of this Wikipedia article page as disclosed here:

. This is my first time creating a Wikipedia page, so my apologies for not disclosing it before.

Are there other additional changes I need to make for the page to be accepted and made live? Thank you! Ishanshah012 (talk) 19:46, 1 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, please see feedback I provided on the article, and then AFTER you have addressed that (which is more than the one day last time) please resubmit it for a third opinion. --Tom (LT) (talk) 23:45, 1 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Tom (LT)! Just as a clarification to your feedback, would I need to remove the affiliation/workplace or the title of each editorial board member? Thank you! Ishanshah012 (talk) 03:19, 2 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Hi Ishanshah012. As a volunteer, I have limited time to respond to these queries. Please use your time as a paid editor to familiarise yourself with the relevant guidelines, I would start at the WP:MOS and will also post some links for you. Further questions should be directed towards the WP:TEAHOUSE. Thank you. --Tom (LT) (talk) 07:56, 2 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome!
