Hello! I see you are an advanced user, and that you recently made a change to the article "No Man's Land (2001 film)", specifically two days ago. Therefore, and considering I can't do it myself because of my present status as a beginner user, I was wondering if you could consider changing the next phrase in the article: "Luckily, an English reporter arrives on scene". In this phrase, the use of the adjective "luckily", suggests to the reader the arrival of the reporter is a positive outcome in the story, when the film doesn't establish a moral framework that would allow for such affirmation, and the use of the term responds to an opinion made by an user. Thus, I recommend the aforementioned term is avoided. I would really appreciate if you consider my recommendation, and thank you for taking the time to read my message!

Repost of Veronika Zemanová
A tag has been placed on Veronika Zemanová requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia, because it appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion process. If you can indicate how it is different from the previously posted material, contest the deletion by clicking on the button that looks like this: which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}
) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's discussion directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. If you believe the original discussion was unjustified, please contact the administrator who deleted the page or use deletion review instead of recreating the page. Thank you. The article List of oud makers has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- The article has no references and no notable entries.
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Ronz (talk) 16:26, 13 June 2012 (UTC)
Wikipedia:Overcategorization
Per Wikipedia:Overcategorization, please do not include an article in both a parent and child category. This will help to keep the number of categories to a manageable level. Thanks! Ng.j (talk) 03:57, 4 August 2012 (UTC)
This article was nominated for speedy deletion. Don't worry, I declined it, but you need to say more than just "X is a Ukrainian windsurfer". Clicking the link shows that she is a member of the Olympic team, and therefore certainly notable, but you should say that in the article, otherwise you may get speedy nominations under WP:CSD#A7 "no assertion of importance or significance". Regards, JohnCD (talk) 19:47, 7 August 2012 (UTC)
- Correction - it was actually the talk page that was (correctly) nominated for deletion because of vandalism. All the same, my advice is good, even a stub article needs to make clear why its subject is important or significant, a reader should not have to click a reference link to find out. Regards, JohnCD (talk)

Couple of things. Could you add where the person was born to persondata. This one is minor, but the first word should be capitalized in the "short description" section of persondata. The article Brigitte Catillon has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this newly created biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.
If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Gigs (talk) 19:46, 14 November 2012 (UTC)

WikiProject assessment tags for talk pages
Thank you for your recent articles, including My Nikifor. When you create a new article, can you add the WikiProject assessment templates to the talk of that article? See the talk page of the article I mentioned for an example of what I mean. Usually it is very simple, you just add something like {{WikiProject Keyword}} to the article's talk, with keyword replaced by the associated WikiProject (ex. if it's a biography article, you would use WikiProject Biography; if it's a United States article, you would use WikiProject United States, and so on). You do not have to rate the article if you do not want to, others will do it eventually. Those templates are very useful, as they bring the articles to a WikiProject attention, and allow them to start tracking the articles through Wikipedia:Article alerts and other tools. This can help you too, as the WikiProject members will often defend your work from deletion and try to improve it further. Feel free to ask me any questions if you'd like more information. Template:Aviation accidents and incidents in 1966
For an aviation accident to be entered into the template, it must have an independent article. If you look at all the templates from 1920 till today, you'll notice the lack of redlinks. The need for an article is the consensus of the Wikiproject that maintains these templates....William 15:29, 21 December 2012 (UTC)

Gučevo
I think that your move of Gučevo (mountain) was ill-advised. Both items are relatively obscure, so it is not a big deal, but in general:
- two-item disambiguation pages are generally undesirable. In that way, 100% of searchers will not arrive to the right place. If you put one term as primary topic, at least 50% of them will.
- in this case, Gučevo (mountain) is much more prominent than the Bosnian village. In https://www.google.com/search?q=Gučevo&pws=0, the first hit for the village is on page 4.
The rule of thumb that I apply is that 2-item dab pages are OK only for obscure toponyms without clearcut primary topic, and/or where the number of items is likely to grow. No such user (talk) 12:56, 28 December 2012 (UTC)
- I reverted it, after all. Special:Whatlinkshere/Gučevo shows many links intended for the mountain, which got broken after the move. See Wikipedia:Hatnote for the right solution of the problem. No such user (talk) 14:01, 28 December 2012 (UTC)
- I don't feel strongly one way or the other. I just followed the example from the fr and sr wikipedia, which preferred disambiguation. Modifying those five links to the mountain would have been just as easy an option. Inwind (talk) 14:18, 28 December 2012 (UTC)

Chernyshkovsky
Hi there! Just wanted to let you know that I restored that page again (to follow the spirit of WP:BRD) and provided a rationale on the talk page. Cheers,—Ëzhiki (Igels Hérissonovich Ïzhakoff-Amursky) • (yo?); January 31, 2013; 15:39 (UTC)
- You know, I'd appreciate if you could reconsider the tone of this edit summary, please. I've clearly outlined the policy concerns on the talk page, and it is you who persists with re-reverts after being reverted as a part of WP:BRD. What's more, continuing to revert as the discussion is ongoing is not only poor form, it's typically considered to be disruptive behavior as well. I have no desire to escalate this situation any further, but I'd very much appreciate it if you could refrain from making bad-faith assumptions based on nothing but "suspicions". If only I had a quarter every time someone accuses me of "ownership" instead of continuing with the discussion... I'd have a lot of quarters by now! :)—Ëzhiki (Igels Hérissonovich Ïzhakoff-Amursky) • (yo?); January 31, 2013; 16:40 (UTC)
- My suspicion on ownership is based on your claim on "policies" which seem to be contrary to those in the Russian wikipedia. I would go along with adding "River" to all Russian rivers even though I would prefer to reserve it to those rivers where disambiguation is required. Even though the interwiki links with the Russian and German wikipedia are upset when using one article for all three genders I would accept your system because you have created the quasi standard in the English wikipedia. The way in which Chernyshkovsky is disambiguated will also make no difference to world as a whole. I trust you to know Wikipedia better than me to find a suitable forum where we could gather a third party opinion for our little argument. Inwind (talk) 07:24, 1 February 2013 (UTC)
- Inwind, I'm a little surprised that you don't know this, but Wikipedias in different languages have different, and often incompatible, policies and guidelines. There is a great number of guidelines in the English Wikipedia which do not exist in other editions; same is true the other way around. Each language edition is manned by mostly non-overlapping communities, each language has its quirks, and each culture has differing views on how things (sometimes very basic things!) ought to be done. All in all, the English Wikipedia is no more bound by the Russian or German Wikipedias' policies than the Russian and German Wikipedias are bound by ours. Imagine the outrage if someone in the Russian or German Wikipedia started to insist that all articles about the US cities must be in the "City, State" format solely because that's how it's done in the English wiki! That'd be ridiculous, wouldn't it?
As far as Chernyshkovsky go, it may not make any difference to the world as a whole, but based on the en-wiki policies, which the local community agreed upon, there is one particular way how it should be done. If you don't like that guideline, it is your full right to go to the MOS pages and challenge that guideline there, but please don't take it out on one random hand-picked example or go down the slippery slope of accusing other editors of bad deeds or "ownership".—Ëzhiki (Igels Hérissonovich Ïzhakoff-Amursky) • (yo?); February 1, 2013; 13:13 (UTC)
- I agree with you that the naming convention for places in the US is not necessarily the best solution and it is good it is not exported to other wikipedias. However, I can not help the impression that your concept for Russian place name disambiguation follows the same route. I still believe that there could be element of "ownership" in the field of Russian place names in the English wikipedia. I have to admit though that I am a bit of a revolutionist and therefore may be seeing Tsardoms where others don't. Inwind (talk) 16:41, 1 February 2013 (UTC)
- It is not "my" concept at all (and I would really appreciate it if you stopped accusing me of "ownership" already) ; I am merely following what our guidelines prescribe. One of my duties as an administrator is to know our policies and I am expected to enforce them when a situation calls for it. This, by the way, is true of whether I "like" a particular guideline or not (and as a private editor, I happen to believe the whole primary topic thing is a bunch of bullshit which creates more problems than it solves).
By the way, did you get a chance to read through those guidelines? Do you believe I am not interpreting them correctly or there is a good reason to make an exception here, one I'm just not seeing? If so, then by all means let's continue to discuss this further on the dab's talk page. That's what BRD is all about.—Ëzhiki (Igels Hérissonovich Ïzhakoff-Amursky) • (yo?); February 1, 2013; 17:48 (UTC)

The article Il vento fa il suo giro has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Nothing to show notability
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Darkness Shines (talk) 21:31, 25 April 2013 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of File:March on the Drina.jpg
A tag has been placed on File:March on the Drina.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. DYK for Mark Sutton
On 25 September 2013, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article Mark Sutton, which you created or substantially expanded. Your recent editing history at Don Cohan shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. While you did use a talk page, you did not do it instead of further reverting, but rather continued to revert. See BRD for how this is done. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. The article John Henry Dell has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Cited to a non-existent gallery webpage, I can see little else online to aument the article beyond 7 words.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Sionk (talk) 01:19, 4 January 2014 (UTC)

WikiProject assessment tags for talk pages
Thank you for your recent articles, including Maria Chwalibóg, which I read with interest. For example, WikiProject Poland relies on such templates to generate listings such as Article Alerts, Popular Pages, Quality and Importance Matrix and the Cleanup Listing. Thanks to them, WikiProject members are more easily able to defend your work from deletion, or simply help try to improve it further. Feel free to ask me any questions if you'd like more information about using those talk page templates. Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 06:03, 16 September 2014 (UTC) |

Speedy deletion nomination of Sophie Hunter (theatre director)
A tag has been placed on Sophie Hunter (theatre director) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G6 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an orphaned disambiguation page which either
- disambiguates two or fewer extant Wikipedia pages and whose title ends in "(disambiguation)" (i.e., there is a primary topic); or
- disambiguates no (zero) extant Wikipedia pages, regardless of its title.
Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such pages may be deleted at any time. Please see the disambiguation page guidelines for more information.
Benedict Cumberbath's Personal Life section
Hi there! Favor? Would you mind amending the paragraph regarding Cumberbatch's engagement to Sophie Hunter? It's rather ambiguous and I think a good context is necessary. I have checked Hunter's page and the paragraph about her engagement is just right.
On 5 November 2014, The Times announced that Hunter and actor Benedict Cumberbatch became engaged.[26] They met on the set of the 2009 film Burlesque Fairytales but didn't start dating until early 2014.[27][28][29]

Grammar
Hello! Regarding Benedict Cumberbatch's personal life section, it should be "on the set of" rather than "on the sets of the film Burlesque Fairytales". Please correct. Thank you!180.191.65.179 (talk) 08:25, 11 November 2014 (UTC)
Word choices on lead paragraph
I have an issue with the rather pedestrian word choices on the lead paragraph of Benedict Cumberbatch's page. It says:
"...is an English actor and film producer who has performed in film, television, theatre and radio. He is the son of actors Timothy Carlton and Wanda Ventham and went to school at the University of Manchester and the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art."
University of Manchester isn't just a simple "school," it's a university, a higher educational institution. He also got a Masters degree at the London Academy of Dramatic art. It would be better for the sentence to read as:
"is an English actor and film producer who has performed in film, television, theatre and radio. The son of actors Timothy Carlton and Wanda Ventham, he graduated from the University of Manchester and continued his classical acting training at the the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art".
I hope you can help amend the article. Thank you!180.191.64.54 (talk) 04:56, 12 November 2014 (UTC)

Wikidata
Don't forget to connect those articles you created about villages in Bulgaria to Wikidata. For example, "Zhultika" exists at bgwiki (Bulgarian Wikipedia) with the title "Жълтика". It also exists at the Romanian, Kazakh, Russian, and Ukrainian Wikipedias. All of those are connected through Wikidata here. That's where you need to add Zhultika. If you don't connect them then "Zhultika" might eventually get its own item and then one of the Wikidata administrators (like me) will have to delete that making sure it's connected to the other one. Thanks for creating the articles. Regards, --AmaryllisGardener talk 14:25, 16 November 2014 (UTC)
Altai
Hi, Inwind! I had to undo your split of the Altay disambig into Altay and Altai. The vast majority of the entries on that page are related to the Altai region, in one form another, and as the region may be referred to under either spelling, so can be the individual entries. It all boils down to mere choice of spelling, and that's not a good enough reason to split a page. The only entries which can rightfully belong on the Altai page are those which cannot possibly be referred to as "Altay", and I'm not seeing any (apart perhaps from the novel). That said, this would have worked the other way, too (i.e., if the dab had originally been at "Altai", it would have made no sense to create a separate, and vastly duplicate, "Altay" disambiguation page). Cheers,—Ëzhiki (Igels Hérissonovich Ïzhakoff-Amursky) • (yo?); December 11, 2014; 19:21 (UTC)
- Dear Ezhiki, there are three Altays or Altais involved. Russian, which seems to be your domain seems to prefer the i, whereas the Chinese and Turkish seem to prefer the y. Maybe we have a chance for a compromise here. Inwind (talk) 19:36, 11 December 2014 (UTC)
- But this has nothing to do with Russian, or Chinese, or any other foreign language. It has only to do with English, since this is the English Wikipedia. And in English, most of the "Altai" entries on that page can be found spelled both ways (just take a look at this gbooks results list, for example). Disambiguation pages exist to facilitate navigation, not to provide lessons about the language origins of the terms. There are no entries on your version of the Altai page which can't also be found spelled "Altay" in English, which makes it necessary to list them all on the "Altay" page (since disambiguation pages do include alternative spellings), and which, consequently, makes the "Altai" page totally redundant and best organized as a redirect. I'm not sure why you are not seeing that?—Ëzhiki (Igels Hérissonovich Ïzhakoff-Amursky) • (yo?); December 11, 2014; 19:47 (UTC)
- Wikipedia etiquette suggests to talk first, then act. Three reverts are normally a no go and I thought that administrators would certainly stick to that. It is not true that the foreign origin of a word has to be lost in the English translation. There is an article on Müller which is seperate from Muller. I suggest to take a break to lower the emotions and then think of a compromise.Inwind (talk) 20:17, 11 December 2014 (UTC)
- Apologies for the reverts, but I thought the reason is pretty obvious. I'm actually surprised that after three tries I'm still failing to communicate it to you. The Muller/Müller situation is different because the Muller page is an article (a set index article, and a lousy one at that, but still an article); one which is rightfully linked from the Müller disambiguation page. The whole point of the disambiguation pages is to link to articles, after all. On the other hand, the "Altai" page which you created was not intended by you as an article, but simply as another disambiguation page. And as a disambiguation page, it is a complete or a nearly complete subset of the "Altay" disambiguation page. Our editing guidelines do not recommend such an approach; WP:DPAGE (the "variant spelling" bullet) applies here.—Ëzhiki (Igels Hérissonovich Ïzhakoff-Amursky) • (yo?); December 11, 2014; 20:44 (UTC)
- This is a courtesy notice to let you know that I have nominated the "Altai" disambig for deletion.—Ëzhiki (Igels Hérissonovich Ïzhakoff-Amursky) • (yo?); December 15, 2014; 18:24 (UTC)

Hi there. I wonder why you moved Vršovice to Vršovice (Prague). The two villages have populations under 500 and the Prague district has around 38,000, so is clearly the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. What was your rationale for moving it? Thanks, C679 22:13, 3 January 2015 (UTC)
- As there was no disambiguation I went for the simple solution, disambuating from Vršovice. I just followed the disambiguation for other districts. Inwind (talk) 22:18, 3 January 2015 (UTC)

Delvaux
Hi Inwind. A question on the new Delvaux disambiguation page. Shouldn't this page be named "Delvaux_(disambiguation)" while Delvaux the company keeps the "Delvaux" name ? Reason: the primary topic is the company and it also happens to be the only topic whose name is exactly Delvaux. All other topics are either persons or asteroid with a composite name. It is a similar case as for Chanel where the company is the primary topic and the disambiguation page is clearly named as such: Chanel_(disambiguation) Naestr (talk) 08:04, 5 January 2015 (UTC)

Japanese films
Hi, great job on starting the films, but can you add them to the lists like List of Japanese films of 1955 so readers can navigate the years and find them. Feel free to add as many red links to the year lists as you want, they're a great way to build film content on here! Cheers.♦ Dr. Blofeld 20:15, 12 March 2015 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Masashi Endō
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Masashi Endō requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. --L235 (t / c / ping in reply) 22:11, 20 March 2015 (UTC)

Profitas Ilias
Hello Inwind You removed "lists of plants and animals with no close relation to the subject" This is an area noted for and important for natural history especially for orchids and birds.(Mentioned in many published and web accounts).Can you give me a good reason why I should not reinstate the section? Hoping you will not. Best regards Notafly (talk) 20:34, 11 May 2015 (UTC)
- The article is about a mountain, not something like Flora and Fauna of Greece. Any species specific to Profitas Ilias would be interesting, a long list which may apply to a large number of similar mountains is not that useful. Inwind (talk) 10:12, 12 May 2015 (UTC)
The article Svetozar Cvetković has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

Your recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you get reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
If anything you can just add the template name and someone else can fill in the parameters. It's certainly not a requirement but it is helpful. Opencooper (talk) 07:56, 27 January 2016 (UTC)

Your recent edits and autopatrolled
In this edit to Daniel Quinn (actor), you added unsourced biographical information. Please do not do this. In Eva Maria Meineke, you created a BLP that is almost entirely unsourced except for a citation to a stock photo website. You could lose your autopatrolled user right for this. I have, in an effort to establish notability, added two film citations to the article. I also removed biographical details which were completely unsourced. I also added a talk page with the {{WikiProject Biography}} banner, which includes the fact that this is a BLP. Someone with the autopatrolled right should have already done this. And, looking over just the past few articles that you've created, I saw Hardcover (film), which is completely unsourced. I don't understand how you got the autopatrolled user right if you're creating unsourced articles and sourcing BLPs to a stock photo website. You really need to slow down, take more care in sourcing, and work to add sources to the articles you've already created. I suggest that you stop creating articles until the ones that you've already created are properly sourced. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 17:18, 11 March 2016 (UTC)

- I prefer - within reason - to be WP:BB rather than clogging up move discussions. Feel free to revert or notify me if you do not agree with any of my moves. To avoid the problem with incoming links to disambiguation pages, I take your point and adjust incoming links first.Inwind (talk) 10:16, 15 March 2016 (UTC)
- I think you miss the point. The diplomat, Abid Hasan, is a more important historical topic in the context of an encyclopedia than a relatively obscure athlete. It is therefore the primary topic, and should not be moved absent a discussion in which evidence is provided on which to base a consensus that the athlete is more important. Furthermore, a disambiguation page is merely a navigational device; if navigation can be accomplished with a hatnote, we use this less obtrusive method. It is fine to be bold, but when your bold edit is reverted, the next step is to initiate a discussion. With respect to Sergei Panov, however, I can see no argument for a primary topic between three relatively obscure athletes. bd2412 T 14:25, 15 March 2016 (UTC)
- Inwind, your behaviour is becoming problematic. Despite the above warnings, you continue to break twodabs setups. What are your intentions? Are you going to continue to violate that guideline? Pinging BD2412 as well. --Midas02 (talk) 01:10, 21 March 2016 (UTC)
- Could you be a bit more specific what you call problematic behaviour. Do you consider one of the Bruce Chambers a primary topic ? Or is it the incoming links warning generated by the bot ? I am not an expert on how the wikipedia database works, but there seems to be a few hours lag in the database before template links are adjusted. During this time these links point to the old page. If you know how to avoid this, please let me know. Inwind (talk) 05:23, 21 March 2016 (UTC)
- What is there not to understand? Bruce Chambers was set up in a twodabs scenario. The presence of hatnotes is a testimony of that. You have come in and moved the pages, on the sole basis of your personal opinion. As you have done in the past. So that's violating WP:TWODABS. In such cases, going through WP:RM is required to challenge the ongoing consensus. --Midas02 (talk) 18:52, 22 March 2016 (UTC)

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Robert McClenon (talk) 23:56, 25 December 2016 (UTC)
Operation E
Hi Inwind - you shouldn't overwrite a redirect to create a new article on another topic. I have therefore reverted your changes. My suggestion is that you create a new article with a different title, for example Operation E (drama). The usual notability rules apply. NealeFamily (talk) 22:04, 8 January 2017 (UTC)
- added hatnote for Japanese invasion of Malaya. Just using google search I could not find much many sources using Operation E for the Japanese invasion . Inwind (talk) 22:42, 8 January 2017 (UTC)
- Thanks Inwind - that is a practical solution. You might want to expand the article on the film though. It looks pretty bare. NealeFamily (talk) 02:56, 9 January 2017 (UTC)
Let's reduce the environmental impact of the Wikimedia movement!
Hi Inwind, please allow me to get in touch with you because you have stated sympathy with environmental causes on your user page. I would like to invite you to check out the Environmental impact project page on Meta, where I am trying to create some momentum to reduce the environmental impact of the Wikimedia movement. My first goal is to have all the Wikimedia servers run on renewable energy. Maybe you could show your support for this project as well by adding your signature? Thank you, --Gnom (talk) 19:45, 15 January 2017 (UTC)

Draft:Aleksandra Cotti
I moved Draft:Aleksandra Cotti back to draft space today at 10:11, you moved it back to mainspace without any improvements on 12.18. Didn't you wonder why it was moved back to draft space, and did you even try to check the facts in the article? The first source, [3] only gives 2012 Olympics, and no medal. The second source, [4] indicates that Italy won silver at Rio 2016, but doesn't mention Cotti. And the third and final source, [5] indicates that she played in a game at the 2013 World Championships.
How can this set of sources be used to cliam that she won a silver medal at the 2016 Olympics (and apparently at two European Championships as well)? The one source about her Olympic appearances, the olympic.org source, contradicts this fact. It may be true anyway, but as it stands, this article should not have been moved to mainspace, and certainly not a second time. Fram (talk) 12:51, 1 February 2017 (UTC)
- In my view only the reference for the 2016 Olympics was incorrect. This is not a reason to move an otherwise perfectly fine article to Draft, you can just add [citation needed]. Anyway this reference is now corrected. Inwind (talk) 13:10, 1 February 2017 (UTC)
- Then your view is wrong. The infobox lists three medals, none of them were referenced, and for the Olympics you had a reference actually saying the opposite. These are the major claims in a short article, not some minor detail. Fram (talk) 13:16, 1 February 2017 (UTC)
I have now raised this at WP:AN#SvG cleanup going wrong. Fram (talk) 13:16, 1 February 2017 (UTC)
I have checked five of your SvG moves, and moved two of them back to draft space. Draft:Alexandra Dascalu has in the main text a club with a source, but the source doesn't mention the club; and in the infobox you have a 2011 club which appears to be wrong. Draft:Alessya Safronova has a different club in the source than in the text it supposedly should source (and in the infobox). What's the point of having a source if it doesn't match the sourced content, and what's the point of having a SvG cleanup if you let such things slip by all the time. Fram (talk) 13:35, 1 February 2017 (UTC)
- It is difficult to verify every single source on several thousand SvG articles which have gone to Draft. I moved only those articles back, where the subject is noteworthy and no libellous text is inlcuded. I admit that I have not read the complete SvG story. I am sure you can find millions of wikipedia article with less than 100% perfect references. Should they all be moved to Draft ? Inwind (talk) 13:46, 1 February 2017 (UTC)
- Safronova had one source, which contradicted the article... No, we don't remove all articles with poor sourcing, we have in this case removed all BLP articles by one author where the sourcing was often poor and the text was filled with errors (including but not limited to severe BLP violations). The intent of the cleanup was not to only get rid of the truly egregious BLP violations, but also to make sure that the sources actually worked and were relevant, and that the few bits on information in the article were matched in the sources (and preferably a check that the subject is actually notable should be made as well). Your checks are really insufficient in this case. Fram (talk) 13:58, 1 February 2017 (UTC)
Please, either stop moving articles out of draft, or make sure that whatever is in the articles is referenced. In an article like Aleksandra Wójcik (volleyball), her 2013 and 2015 performance is not sourced. Of course, you should also activate the categories. Fram (talk) 16:55, 2 February 2017 (UTC)
Formating refs
Thanks for Pitbull (film) and Courage (2011 film). I noticed you added a bare reference, which I formatted. Please note that bare links like that are in danger of being affected by link rot, plus they are not informative for the readers. You can easily format those links either by running the refill script which is linked in my edit summary, of if you are using the visual editor, the auto generate citation function. They are all pretty easy to use, mostly automated, and will make your articles look better with just few clicks. Let mw know if you have any questions. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 23:35, 3 February 2017 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Serge Renko
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Serge Renko requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Dragomir Bojanić, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page The Climber. Levana Finkelstein moved to draftspace
An article you recently created, Levana Finkelstein, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please follow the prompts on the Articles for Creation template atop the page. — InsertCleverPhraseHere 14:19, 14 July 2017 (UTC)
The article Martijn Lakemeier has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.
If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. BangJan1999 22:23, 24 July 2017 (UTC)

Municipalities of Venezuela
