This submission does not appear to be written in the formal tone expected of an encyclopedia article. Entries should be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources. Please rewrite your submission in a more encyclopedic format. Please make sure to avoid peacock terms that promote the subject.

I suspect the UBJ might be notable under our policies, the issue here is some of the wording comes off in a more autobiographical tone rather than a neutral encyclopedic one, largely the latter part of the first paragraph, which I note is closely related to similar text at theubj.com/about Notability needs to be shown more clearly, as well, which requires sources which are reliable (have an editorial process) *and* independent. the Atlantic Council article wouldn't be considered independent as it's author is UBJ's co-founder.

Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit when they have been resolved.
