[edit]Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Cognizance (festival). While objective prose about beliefs, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Thank you. Please stop introducing promotional material to the article. Keep a neutral point of view and stick to the facts. Please also don't introduce material without reliable sources. Please also don't remove maintenance templates (e.g. citation needed tags) without resolving the issue. Muhandes (talk) 10:14, 22 January 2012 (UTC)
Your addition to Cognizance (festival) has been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other websites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites or publications as a source of information, but not as a source of article content such as sentences or images. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. Just realized the material was copypasted from http://www.knowafest.com/2011/12/cognizance-2012-iit-roorkee-technical.html Muhandes (talk) 13:09, 22 January 2012 (UTC)
