The proposed article does not have sufficient content to require an article of its own, but it could be merged into the existing article at Twenty One Pilots. Since anyone can edit Wikipedia, you are welcome to add that information yourself. Thank you.

As previously stated, there has been a long and contentious history. Articles about this album have been deleted twice. The title Regional at Best is now a locked redirect to Twenty One Pilots. Any editor who wants the locked redirect reconsidered should request Deletion Review. A Deletion Review probably will request new evidence either that the album satisfies one of the musical notability criteria or of significant coverage that would satisfy general notability.
