Very Good

[edit]

Gkstyliani,

Very nice work! You have now created an account, written an intro with a bullet list of interests and wikilinks and used a user talk page to leave a message! And you've picked your area. You'll be receiving an assignment soon. Crtew (talk) 03:57, 31 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Assignment

[edit]

Your assignment is to expand the article stub on Rima Maktabi (living person), originally from Lebanon, who currently hosts CNN's Inside the Middle East. Good luck, Crtew (talk) 22:15, 9 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

"nlhazemi peer review"

[edit]

1. You are doing really well on the start of your Wikipedia page. I think you did a great job on your info box especially. You really got a lot of biographical information down which is great. You also got a picture in of your journalist which helps your page.

2. You did a good job of filling out the main concepts on your journalist, Rima Maktabi. You should look for some more personal info about her life, and what she was like growing up and include some information about her family and how they affected her. With the career section you need to go more in depth about each job, and what she learned from them and how it helped her advance. You should also try to expand a little more on the section inside the Middle East. Try to explain how this concept impacts Rima and how it has changed her and her career.

[edit]

Your page looks good! The quality of the pictures I like especially and everything seems to be following the rubric's guidelines. Something maybe to check out would be that at the top of the page it states that there are bare URLs for citations. I am not sure if that is something to look into.

Wikipedia Education Program: student survey!

[edit]

Hi! I work with the Wikipedia Education Program, and I'm hoping to get your feedback about your experience this semester! In order to help other students like you enjoy editing while contributing positively to Wikipedia, it would be very helpful to hear from real program students about their experience, so we know what to change. The survey takes no more than 10 minutes, and I'd really appreciate your response!

Thanks so much! JMathewson (WMF) (talk) 01:55, 18 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
