Thank you for the email. In September 2016, your account was one of several accounts and IP addresses adding irrelevant, disruptive Italian-language content to the article Green home. Other accounts were User:GiuseppeManna1902 and User:Elelebs. @SafariScribe I read it. The encyclopedic nature is IMHO not to be questioned. I believe the previous problems of the draft have been resolved. Your draft has many problems: He is very reserved about his private life, so much so that his real name is not listed anywhere, to not create conflict with his research activity is a pure WP:NPOV; we don't need non encyclopedic contents.
