We need to see that someone else has written about this software. The only references are to the github site which does not help us establish notability. It is also over detailed. The article needs to be about what others have written in Reliable Sources about the software, in your own words. These words have to neutral and fact based with no extra marketing hype.

Ways to improve Seq2SeqSharp

I don't believe your article on Seq2SeqSharp establishes notability. Generally an article's subject must have received nontrivial coverage by at least two sources independent of the subject. Citing the project's github pages does not come close to doing that. If you do not cite coverage by independent sources, the article will probably be deleted.

Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.
