Art school, eh?
Thanks for the nice words. Just setting up the FTC nom now. Great news on the top of your page, too. Hope you get in. When you graduate, we should start a new Talking Heads. Was going to say "Dibs on being David Byrne" but then remembered you're Scottish and I can only play bass. So, Tina Weymouth it is. ;S RB88 (T) 17:12, 12 October 2009 (UTC)

I want to unblock this user, based on the discussion I had with him on his talk page. His actions were a bit intemperate, and his tone not so good, but I don't think we'll have any more problems with him. Do you have a problem with an unblock? Horologium (talk) 11:48, 13 October 2009 (UTC)
RenderX
Why my article "RenderX" has been deleted? The article is no different from similar articles about Microsoft, Oracle Corporation or any other software company from Category list "Software companies of the USA". Why you shouldn`t delete all those articles and the whole Category as extremely advertising and promotional then? Siringa (talk) 13:13, 13 October 2009 (UTC)
Main Page Talk
I'm curious about your decision to delete the discussion about the current TFA. Of course the original post was firmly tongue-in-cheek, but many of the followup comments were sincere discussions of a frequent source of concern by our visitors.
My own opinion of the TFA aside, I respectfully disagree with the idea (as I interpreted your actions) that removing community discussion is the best way to settle or avoid a recurring conflict. Would you consider restoring at least the more sincere comments to Main Page Talk? Aylad ['ɑɪlæd] 14:10, 16 October 2009 (UTC)
- Thanks. I understand about not feeding the trolls, but it gives me a bad feeling in my stomach when even partially sincere discussion is cut. Aylad ['ɑɪlæd] 15:31, 16 October 2009 (UTC)

Well done to you, too! Hope the art portfolio is going well. I'm in the process of starting a new job so limited time to do any more round here these days. Maybe when we're both free, we should attempt another FTC. Los Campesinos!? RB88 (T) 19:02, 24 October 2009 (UTC)
- Haha. Thanks. Good luck to you, too. I'm sure you'll be free round Xmas time. RB88 (T) 21:13, 24 October 2009 (UTC)
