Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:Othman El Ballouti

This doesn't really explain what he is notable for, or walk through his career with secondary sources that show his notability.

We have covered almost all the resources available to showcase about him. He is quite a renowned person in Zambia working for the people of his country in sync with the government. We strongly feel his details must be own to the people through wikipedia.

Hello, you can't write things like "an entrepreneur, a businessman, a philanthropist with the vision to achieve success and prosperity for the people of his country". This is just an opinion, expresses a point of view that is not neutral and is uncited. I have reversed your edit accordingly. Also, please try and edit in line with the normal manual of style.
