I just created an article titled Battle of Gharyan (2019). I am pretty confident in it but it wouldn't hurt to get some feedback or any suggestions on what I can do better next time. Is it possible that one of you guys could look over the article? Thanks!

I had very recently created this article -> Operation Volcano of Rage. There is also an Arabic translated version of this article, but unfortunately they are not linked together if that makes sense. Is it possible to link both articles together? Faze TK (talk) 21:06, 25 December 2023 (UTC)
- Hi Faze TK. They should now be linked. Please double check. Firefangledfeathers (talk / contribs) 13:15, 26 December 2023 (UTC)

2020 Bani Walid skirmish moved to draftspace
[edit]Thanks for your contributions to 2020 Bani Walid skirmish. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it has no sources. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. 🌺 Cremastra (talk) 22:24, 9 January 2024 (UTC)

Archive of deleted articles
[edit]Dear @Yamla:
I've noticed that the five articles I worked hard on have been taken down due to a block on my account. I put a lot of effort into creating them and unfortunately, I don't have a backup of them. I was wondering if it's possible to recover the articles or if I can at least get an archive of the content. The articles in question are:
- Misrata Military Council
- Battle of Gharyan (2019)
- Operation Volcano of Rage
- Battle of al-Watiya airbase
- 2015 Zintan airstrike attacks
I'd really appreciate your help with this as I spent a lot of time working on these articles. Having an archive of them would mean very much to me. Looking forward to hearing from you soon!
Sincerely, Faze TK Faze TK (talk) 20:49, 10 January 2024 (UTC)
- This is possible if but only if you are determined not to be a sock of Yousefsw07, despite technical evidence and despite behavioural evidence. --Yamla (talk) 22:19, 10 January 2024 (UTC)
- How do I prove to you guys that I am not a sock of Yousefsw07? I have contributed nothing but good for this community. I have created multiple very informational and important articles and have never had any previous bans or even warnings. I have never even had an edit reverted by a moderator up until this block. Is there any way I can prove my innocence? @Yamla: Faze TK (talk) 23:01, 10 January 2024 (UTC)
- (Another admin may choose to give you a copy of the contents without this restriction, though I don't expect that would happen) --Yamla (talk) 22:20, 10 January 2024 (UTC)
Archive articles, Admin help
[edit]This request for help from administrators has been answered. If you need more help or have additional questions, please reapply the {{admin help}} template, or contact the responding user(s) directly on their own user talk page. |
Dear admins, I have created multiple articles on Wikipedia that I had spent hours of my time on. Here are a list of those articles: Misrata Military Council Battle of Gharyan (2019) Operation Volcano of Rage Battle of al-Watiya airbase 2015 Zintan airstrike attacks
Unfortunately, my account has been blocked due to a moderator's suspicion of me being a sock (I am currently working this out). This caused my five articles to get deleted. I was wondering if I can receive an archive of the five articles considering that I did not have it saved and that I had spent a lot of time on them. I heard from another admin that it is certainly possible for it to be done. I hope to hear from one of you very soon!
Sincerely, @Faze TK Faze TK (talk) 23:08, 10 January 2024 (UTC)
- If you're successfully unblocked, you can ping me and I'll review the articles for potential undeletion or draftification. Firefangledfeathers (talk / contribs) 23:13, 10 January 2024 (UTC)
- Makes sense. I will be sure to ping you when the issue is resolved. But in the meantime, is it still not possible to receive a copy of the contents of the articles I had published? Faze TK (talk) 23:19, 10 January 2024 (UTC)
- I would not do so, and I think it's unlikely any admin would. Firefangledfeathers (talk / contribs) 23:22, 10 January 2024 (UTC)
- Is there a reason why you would not do so or is it policy? Faze TK (talk) 23:26, 10 January 2024 (UTC)
- I am not eager to reward sockpuppetry. I'm also sympathetic to the potential for case of mistaken identity, but we won't know until another CheckUser reviews the evidence. The deleted content isn't going anywhere, so please be patient. Firefangledfeathers (talk / contribs) 23:29, 10 January 2024 (UTC)
- Sounds good, thank you for the clarification. Faze TK (talk) 23:31, 10 January 2024 (UTC)

Unblock Appeal: Requesting some reconsideration
[edit]Faze TK (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
Dear Wikipedia Moderators, Hope you're doing well. I'm reaching out because my account, Faze TK, got blocked recently, and I'm a bit baffled about it. Apparently, there's some suspicion that I'm a sock puppet for @Yousefsw07, but I want to clear the air – we're not connected in any way. I had recently moved to a new area which I then found out that its IP address/range was blocked. I sent in a request for the block on the IP to be reviewed so I can continue my contributions to the community, just for my account to get blocked permanently, under the suspicion that I am a "sock puppet". I've been putting in lots of work to make Wikipedia better. I've created some articles that I think are pretty informative and essential. And honestly, I've never had any issues before – no warnings, no bans, and none of my edits were ever reverted by mods until now. I get that you guys have to keep things in check, but this block caught me off guard. I've always stuck to the rules and guidelines, so I'm not sure what's up. I'm more than happy to chat about any concerns or clear up any confusion. I very politely request you guys to reconsider the block on my account. If there are specific concerns or any "evidence" that led to my block, I am more than willing to address them and provide any necessary clarification. I understand the importance of maintaining the integrity of Wikipedia and preventing abuse. However, I assure you that I have no connection with any sock puppetry or inappropriate activities. I am committed to continuing my positive contributions to the Wikipedia community and upholding the standards of the platform. Thanks a bunch for your time and help. I hope to hear from you guys very soon.. Sincerely, Faze TK

Confirmed further block evasion as Burhim. I'll go mark the original account as banned due to WP:3X. That should make it easier to throw away all future contributions from this sockpuppeteer. --Yamla (talk) 00:15, 11 January 2024 (UTC)
- Yamla, I am very confused. I have no idea who Burhim is. I promise, I have no correlation with him or any other sock puppeteer. Faze TK (talk) 00:29, 11 January 2024 (UTC)
