That's because the edits I made that were really constructive had been edited miserably. So, in a fit of rage, I deleted the contents FARAAZ.ALI.FAIZ (talk) 05:50, 24 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Editing and being framed for wrong reasons

[edit]

I have never indulged in any kind of vandalism. My work is being misunderstood. There were a lot of errors in the said page. I have been reconstructing that page again and again since the past few days but all edits that I had done were reset. FARAAZ.ALI.FAIZ (talk) 16:08, 24 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Kundali Bhagya, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page GEC (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Please stop changing "Ruhi" to "Roohi" at Ye Hai Mohabbatein. Multiple reliable sources, including those used in the article use the spelling "Ruhi" so this is what should be used. You have made these edits previously[1] and were reverted with an explanation.[2] Continuing to arbitrarily change spelling without any justification, explanation or sources is disruptive. Please also note that links to biographical articles that do not exist should generally not exits, per WP:REDNOT. Please feel free to reinstate any changes that are sourced but unexplained, unsourced articles should be avoided. --AussieLegend () 07:36, 11 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, please do not remove cast members and references from tv articles. If an actor leaves the cast they keep their position in the cast list with new actors added below them, thanks Atlantic306 (talk) 19:02, 18 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

STOP VANDALIZING Naagin TV Series

[edit]

Don't unnecessarily remove the actors' images. It's tiring to restore them. QueenKordeilia IF YOU REALLY WANT TO IMPROVE THE ARTICLE THEN DO SOMETHING CONSTRUCTIVE LIKE UPDATING THE PLOT OR ORGANISING THE RATINGS SECTION WITHOUT DOING NOTHING BUT JUST ADDING EXTRA a's AND o's TO NAMES OR DELETING IMAGES! PLEASE DON'T VANDALIZE THE ARTICLE FURTHER.

→‎Cast: Stop misspelling names like adding an extra "a" to Shivangi, Sangram etc. If you check out the show's episodes then you will get to know that in Ekta Kapoor's shows, character names usually don't have the trend of adding extra and unnecessary vowels or letters to them. So stop writing your personal preferences User : FARAAZ.ALI.FAIZ. I hope you will take that into consideration for good. Thanks PentaETAD (talk) 15:16, 28 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Faraaz, it's apparent that other editors disagree with the changes you are making to character name spelling. Please open a discussion on the article's talk page and seek consensus for the changes you want to make. Continued changes like this, without community consensus, will be considered disruptive. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 17:36, 17 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

No consensus for name changes

[edit]

Re: these changes, as previously noted, you need to open a discussion to seek consensus for the name changes you keep submitting. At this point it's disruptive that you're randomly changing names. Also, you are misusing braces {} as parentheses (). Generally speaking, you shouldn't be using parentheses anyway, since you can typically rephrase content to avoid the need for them, ex: by writing in complete sentences instead of in fragments. Overuse of parentheticals is sloppy and unprofessional. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 03:54, 5 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Incorrect use of braces

[edit]

Once again, please stop incorrectly using braces as parentheses. There is an expectation that editors are capable of adhering to basic English norms, and the use of curly braces is not common in basic English. Also, you shouldn't be using parentheticals when you can use complete sentences. Parentheticals are grossly overused, especially in Indian television articles where people try to sloppily jam content into cast descriptions rather than writing complete sentences. Frankly, I'm baffled how you think that all those slashes and parentheticals somehow make it clear to readers who are totally new to the series that an actor is playing multiple roles or reincarnated characters. It's a mess and the incorrect punctuation doesn't help. I mean "Bela)/ Shraavni {Ruhi's/Bela's reincarnate}" What? Are these four characters? Two characters? It's so confusing. Also, see WP:SLASH. We shouldn't be using slashes. These typically introduce ambiguities, like "Kratika Sengar as Tanushree Rishi Singh Bedi/Kritika Kohli". Is she playing two roles? Is one a nickname? Is one a false identity? Is one a reincarnation of the other? We use language to make complicated ideas understandable to others. Character descriptions are not limited to ten words. See List of Millennium characters as an example of what our goal is. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 14:36, 8 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Disruptive editing

[edit]

You have, for at least a year, been obsessed with the addition of extra vowels to names like here where you inexplicably change "Prisha Srinivasan" to "Preesha Shrinivaasan". There is no clear reason for this, and when I Google "Preesha Shrinivaasan", the only hits I get are for changes that you made. Contrarily, when I search for "Prisha Srinivasan", I get this and this and this. I don't understand the fascination with these changes, but if you're just doing some arbitrary numerological changes for some superstitious reason, cut it out. We go by COMMON NAMES. So far I don't see that you have ever attempted to discuss this issue with anybody and you certainly don't have consensus to make these changes. If you make any more of them, I'm pulling your editing privileges, because it's getting extraordinarily annoying. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 00:06, 21 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 2 weeks for persistently making disruptive edits. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. Re: this and this. It's become pretty clear that many of your edits, where you arbitrarily add letters (typically vowels) to fictional character names is agenda-driven. What that agenda is, I don't know or care, but with a few exceptions you seem fairly consistent at picking the least-common spellings as your preferred spelling, which is not how the community prefers that editors work. Your edits constitute original research, a violation of Wikipedia policy, and as I've already mentioned, since you've been engaging in this nonsense for so long without consensus to do so, it is disruptive. If you continue this after your block expires, the next block will be for much longer.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Cyphoidbomb (talk) 18:43, 26 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
