The orchestra should certainly be notable, but the sources you have at the moment won't do. The first appears to be to the orchestra's website, which is ok, but not enough. The second just tells us where it's based. The third and fourth are to Wikipedia, and you can't use other Wikipedia articles as sources, that is a circular argument. They need to be reliable and independent. It can be a bit hard to understand this when you have an article like Estonian National Symphony Orchestra but that shouldn't really have been accepted with good references. If you can find some sources, contact me on my Talkpage and I'd be happy to help.
