Unilateral moves
[edit]Why did you unilaterally move Xaya Iccita and Yekyua to new titles? Can you explain the move rationale? 〜 Festucalex • talk 06:55, 18 August 2023 (UTC)
- because there are under the category of iye in the original turkish/yakut folkdictionary. i made it so they can be found easily when they search Erturkardaofficial (talk) 20:05, 18 August 2023 (UTC)
- Moves have rules. You have to request a move (see WP:RM) and prove that the new name is the WP:COMMONNAME. If you want to link alternative names, this can be done using redirects. I will revert your moves, and if you wish them reinstated, please request a move. 〜 Festucalex • talk 20:48, 18 August 2023 (UTC)
- Controversial or potentially controversial moves should go through WP:RM. Please in the future use it. Srnec (talk) 13:01, 16 November 2023 (UTC)

[edit]Please stop your disruptive editing.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant noticeboards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Matelotage, you may be blocked from editing. Can you stop piping names and putting them in bold? Both are against the Manual of Style. You also did this in Two-spirit and Sexual orientation in the United States military. Drmies (talk) 21:10, 27 August 2023 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Dano-Norwegian War
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Dano-Norwegian War requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G14 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a disambiguation page which either
- disambiguates only one extant Wikipedia page and whose title ends in "(disambiguation)" (i.e., there is a primary topic);
- disambiguates zero extant Wikipedia pages, regardless of its title; or
- is an orphaned redirect with a title ending in "(disambiguation)" that does not target a disambiguation page or page that has a disambiguation-like function.
Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such pages may be deleted at any time. Please see the disambiguation page guidelines for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Disambiguation link notification for February 5
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited La Franja, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Catalan. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
