Your recent article submission has been rejected. If you have further questions, you can ask at the Articles for creation help desk or use Wikipedia's real-time chat help. The reason left by S0091 was: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: The vast majority of sources are their documents which should be used very sparingly and some of the other sources make no mention of Documentation Centre Political Islam. Nothing suggests this can meet the notability guidelines.
S0091 (talk) 22:30, 13 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
All the sources show the relevance of the official documentation center beyond Austria. How many sources do you need? Why is the article not accepted? Erkenntnis123 (talk) 22:55, 13 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

After I am basically interested in the subject and find it important. It would have been important to me to create an article here with the appropriate sources, but unfortunately this was not accepted. Erkenntnis123 (talk) 17:06, 29 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Erkenntnis123. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Documentation Centre Political Islam".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been deleted. When you plan on working on it further and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. Liz Read! Talk! 22:55, 13 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

You still have not adequately responded or taken action to the inquiry regarding your appearance as an undisclosed paid editor. If you make any additional edits without complying, you may be blocked from editing. 331dot (talk) 15:26, 29 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I have only tried to contribute proactively and backed everything up with sources, if that is not accepted here I guess I have to accept that. Erkenntnis123 (talk) 17:16, 29 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

You were warned. You were asked in January to disclose your paid editing. You were asked to respond above. You have persistently evaded the question. Therefore:

Your account has been blocked indefinitely for violating the Wikimedia Foundation's Terms of Use. This is because you have been making promotional edits to topics in which you have a financial stake, yet you have failed to adhere to the mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a form of conflict of interest (COI) editing which involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is strictly prohibited.

If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, please read our guide to appealing blocks to understand more about unblock requests, and then add the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} at the end of your user talk page. For that request to be considered, you must:

  • Confirm that you have read and understand the Terms of Use and paid editing disclosure requirements.
  • State clearly how you are being compensated for your edits, and describe any affiliation or conflict of interest you might have with the subjects you have written about.
  • Describe how you intend to edit such topics in the future.

Request reason:

First of all, it is important for me to note that I feel prejudged and even bullied by some users because I dared to create an article that they obviously do not like ideologically. I have created the page on the center after it is, in my view, an interesting pioneering project in Europe on Islamist movements. The project unfortunately did not have a page, so I decided to register here and create the page. There is a need for education against racists, fundamentalists or other extremists, that was and is my motive to create this page. That the place was not mentioned has surprised me and it was my self-motivation to create this page. It was about backgrounds in relation to Islamist movements in Europe, such as Hamas or the Muslim Brotherhood, were revealed in this article, instead I am now accused of business interests... Unfortunately, it seems to me that some users want to relativize Islamist movements, because certain sources and recognized scientists were unfortunately not accepted. But that my first project was attacked here so demotivated me to edit more articles, which is why I haven't registered for a while and missed certain messages. Now I can't prove accusations that are actually untrue, because an innocent person can hardly prove his guilt. Therefore, I hope that other admins deal objectively with the topic, which is very polarized due to the Middle East conflict. I commit myself to all the rules here and I'm sorry if violations have come. I confirm that I have read and understand the Terms of Use and paid editing disclosure requirements now. I just wanted to get involved, and I'll be using the "Talk" page to initiate debates on controversial issues in the future. I'm happy to take any other tips with me. I will pay more attention to the rules because of this experience and hope for a good solution. Erkenntnis123 (talk) 17:54, 30 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Confirmed to Bingrau as well as Elbanus. The technical data is straightforward and clear. Yamla (talk) 18:00, 30 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

You still haven't answered the question- are you a paid editor or have other association with this center? 331dot (talk) 23:03, 29 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

If these questions are answered, would it be possible to re-register? Who decides? Is there an objective procedure? Erkenntnis123 (talk) 08:52, 30 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
As you are blocked, you must make a successful unblock request in order to regain the ability to edit. Your request is reviewed by an administrator such as myself(but not the blocking admin, or, with subsequent requests, admins who have already reviewed one). See Appealing a block for more information about the process.
You should not create a new account to edit or edit via IP address, that is block evasion. You personally are blocked and may not edit Wikipedia, not just your account. 331dot (talk) 08:58, 30 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@331dot My bad, I thought I'd blocked this sock. I will now. Doug Weller talk 09:31, 30 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for the feedback and the information @331dot. I really hope to clear up the confusion. It reassures me to hear that a broad process is taking place here. I admit I feel prejudiced by some users because they reject certain opinions for seemingly ideological reasons... Erkenntnis123 (talk) 10:26, 30 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Your views are not necessarily relevant, except if those views make it difficult or impossible for you to function in this collaborative environment. Given that you are now under a checkuser block, only a checkuser can authorize its removal. 331dot (talk) 12:51, 30 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@331dot so the views they post in your link are abhorrent and I reject as staunchly as other extremist views that suppress freedom and Islamist movements have committed human rights crimes (like slavery) especially in Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan and beyond that should not be relativized. .. especially not in an encyclopedia... Enlightenment and creating awareness against racists, fundamentalists and other extremists should be possible on Wikipedia... there should be no relativization here... Erkenntnis123 (talk) 13:07, 30 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Whatever your views or anyone's agreement or disagreement with them (neither 331dot nor I support extremists in any case}, you are blocked and the only use of your talk page should be to appeal the block. If this continues I will remove your ability to post here. Doug Weller talk 14:30, 30 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
And you have still failed to address the reason for your original block: undisclosed paid editing. Your repeated and obstinate failure to address this speaks volumes about your willingness to abide by the community policies and guidelines here. ~Anachronist (talk) 14:31, 30 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee.
