Şirkətin yaranma və inkişaf tarixi.
“ ERA” ASC 1995-cü ildə Azərbaycan Respublikası Ədliyyə Nazirliyində qeydiyyatdan keçmiş və həmin vaxtdan da müstəqil bir cəmiyyət kimi öz fəaliyyətinə başlamışdır. “ ERA“ ASC öz fəaliyyətini Azərbaycan Respublikasının mövcud qanunları və Azərbaycan Respublikasının tərəfdar çıxdığı beynəlxalq qanunlar çərçivəsində qurmuşdur. “ ERA” ASC fəaliyyətə başladığı vaxtdan hal-hazırki vaxta qədər böyük bir inkişaf yolu keçmişdir.Belə ki,ilk vaxtlar yalnız kiçik bir beton istehsalı sexi ilə Azərbaycan bazarına daxil olmuş bu cəmiyyət öz fəaliyyəti dövründə inkişaf edərək iri həcmli istehsal gücünə malik,müxtəlif tenderlərin qalibi olmuş Azərbaycan Respublikasının aparıcı istehsal-kommersiya müəssisəsinə çevrilmişdir.Belə ki,Bakı şəhəri ərazisində aparılan bir çox tikinti işlərində-o cümlədən yol tikintisində,hündür mərtəbəli yaşayış binalarının,otellərin,məktəb və uşaq baxçalarının,müxtəlif müasir tipli obyektlərin tikintilərində özünün istehsal etdiyi tikinti materialları ilə bilavasitə iştirak etmiş və apardıqları işlərin keyfiyyətinə ğörə tikinti mterialları istehsalı və satışı üzrə Azərbaycan Respublikasında aparıcı istehsal-kommersiya müəssisəsinə çevrilmşdir.Məhz iri həcmli müasir tipli tikinti obyektlərinin tikintisinin əksər hallarda bu şirkətə həvalə olunması onun bütün işləri özünün istehsal və idxal etdiyi müxtəlif növ yüksək keyfiyyətli tikinti materialları ilə aparmasından irəli gəlmişdir.

Şirkətin əsas fəaliyyət istiqamətləri tikinti materiallarının istehsalı,idxalı və satışıdır.Belə ki,fəaliyyətə başladığı vaxtdan hazırki vaxta qədər şirkət Azərbaycan Respublikasının tikinti sektorunda istifadə olunan bir çox adda tikinti məhsullarının,o cümlədən yüksək keyfiyyətli sement,beton,çınqıl,asfalt,kərpic,mişar daşı,əhəng, müxtəlif təyinatlı tikinti boyaları,emulsiyalar,plastik qapı və pencərələr,laminatlar,lambirlər,mebel məhsullarının istehsalı və satışı ilə məşğul olur.Müxtəlif tenderlərin qalibi olmuş “ERA” ASC-nin əsas fəaliyyəti məhz tikinti sektoru olduğu üçün bu sahədə istifadə olunan yeni texnologiyalar şirkətin prioritet hesab etdiyi istiqamətlərdən biridir.Belə ki,şirkət əsasən keyfiyyətcə digər tikinti materiallarından geri qalmayan,qiyməti yerli bazarda münasib olan ekoloyi cəhətdən və digər bütün normativlərə cavab verən tikinti materiallarından istifadəyə üstünlük verərək sifarişçilərin tələbatını tam təmin edə bilir.
