Invitation to provide feedback
Inspired by Worm That Turned's re-RfA where he noted administrators don't get a lot of feedback or suggestions for improvement, I have decided to solicit feedback. I'm reaching out to you as you are currently one of the users I've selected as part of my recall process. I hope you will consider taking a few moments to fill out my feedback form. Clicking on the link will load the questions and create a new section on my user talk. Thanks for your consideration. Best, Barkeep49 (talk) 15:57, 2 December 2024 (UTC)
- Thanks for the message @Barkeep49. I will have to think about the answers to the preloaded questions, though I can leave some feedback later. – Epicgenius (talk) 15:59, 2 December 2024 (UTC)
- Much appreciated! Best, Barkeep49 (talk) 16:34, 2 December 2024 (UTC)
Possible vandalism?
It looks like there's possible vandalism on the World Trade Center (1973–2001) talk page. Butterscotch5 (talk) 00:05, 3 December 2024 (UTC)
- @Butterscotch5, thanks for the heads up. Looks like @Pi.1415926535 has already reverted the vandalism. – Epicgenius (talk) 00:22, 3 December 2024 (UTC)
Mentoring for FAC
Hi, I'm contacting you because I noticed your username is listed at WP:FAM and I am interested in nominating a FAC but have never done so in the past. I'm contacting several people listed as FA mentors so if you are busy that is okay. The article is Neurocysticercosis, a parasitic brain disease. I have started a peer review for the article which can be found at Wikipedia:Peer review/Neurocysticercosis/archive1. Thanks in advance for your time and consideration! - @IntentionallyDense, thanks for the message. I could leave some quick comments when I can, although due to real-life commitments I might not be able to get to it immediately. – Epicgenius (talk) 23:21, 3 December 2024 (UTC)

Reviving Operation B&M
Hello again! I've usually work on various amusement park/roller coaster articles. I somewhat recently discovered this project, Operation B&M, which has seemingly been abandoned for about a decade now; I'd like to rescue it. I'm finding active users who may be interested in helping out and I thought that was something you may be interested in. No worries if you aren't interested! Therguy10 (talk) 14:27, 3 December 2024 (UTC)
- @Therguy10, to me, reviving that project sounds like a good idea. If you do decide to set it up, I'd be interested in joining. – Epicgenius (talk) 23:20, 3 December 2024 (UTC)
- Ok cool! I’m aiming to get about 4 or 5 people at least before I set up a new page. (or tune up the old one) But yes it is something I very much plan on setting up! Therguy10 (talk) 02:27, 4 December 2024 (UTC)
- Also if you feel like there is someone who may be interested in inviting feel free to invite them as well; I’ll take the help we can get! Therguy10 (talk) 02:31, 4 December 2024 (UTC)

DYK for Carlyle Hotel
On 12 December 2024, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Carlyle Hotel, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that a staff member at the Carlyle Hotel (pictured) once lent his own bow tie to Laurence Olivier? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Carlyle Hotel. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Carlyle Hotel), and the hook may be added to the statistics page after its run on the Main Page has completed. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

- He probably told his kids about that up until the day he died. Panini! • 🥪 16:58, 12 December 2024 (UTC)
- He probably did. Maybe one day, I'll tell my own kids about how I let the star of one of my favorite TV shows snatch my phone at this hotel. (For a picture, but still, lmao.) – Epicgenius (talk) 17:41, 12 December 2024 (UTC)
