[edit]Hello, I'm BilCat. I noticed that you recently removed content from Caribbean without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. - the Caribbean is not just the antilles, it includes coasts surrounding the Caribbean Sea Enlightened105747 (talk) 06:01, 7 October 2022 (UTC)
Your recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See the bold, revert, discuss cycle for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. Hello, I'm Eejit43. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Radamel Falcao, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. ~ Eejit43 (talk) 02:17, 21 October 2022 (UTC)
You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on White Latin Americans. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Points to note:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Rsk6400 (talk) 06:38, 23 October 2022 (UTC)
Cristina hurtado moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, Cristina hurtado, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. DoubleGrazing (talk) 07:42, 15 October 2022 (UTC)
- Hi, I've moved this to drafts, because the article clearly wasn't ready to be published yet. There are broken templates, causing some of the references not to render correctly, which then means that parts of the article are unsupported. (Also, the capitalisation of the name was wrong, so it had to be moved in any case.) Please continue working on this in the draft space, and when you feel it is ready for publication, you can submit it for review by clicking that blue 'submit' button. Thank you, -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 07:45, 15 October 2022 (UTC)

- Ok I sent it for review and added more sources. I am basically just translating the page that already exists in Spanish. I feel that it is ready now Enlightened105747 (talk) 03:32, 22 October 2022 (UTC)

- Could you explain why one of the citations in this article has a retrieved date of 22 December 2017? Has the content been copied from another article? Cordless Larry (talk) 09:24, 23 October 2022 (UTC)
Help?
[edit]Hi. I've noticed that you seem to have problems with almost all the pages you have created. I am working with a group of editors to improve the way new users are informed about Wikipedia's rules and requirements for new articles. We are aware that not all the essential help pages are easy to find, and that many of them are difficult to understand. Help us to help you by letting me know on my talk page if and why you have missed all the help pages that are currently in use. BTW: New Page Review and Articles for Creation are two separate departments. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 10:40, 23 October 2022 (UTC)
Blocked for sockpuppetry
[edit]Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice:
{{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}
. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.

- {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~Please unblock me as I do not own or run the page donalddcuck13. I have tried to contribute as much knowledge as possible to wikipedia by creating pages and adding information to articles a I am passionate about. I see nothing wrong with that. I have made other accounts, but not to evade blocks or bans as this has never happened to me before. All Edits I make are reverted to talk page discussions. If I violated any rules, I should hav been given a warning as this came out of nowhere.}} Enlightened105747 (talk) 20:38, 23 October 2022 (UTC)
- I also see that you deleted all the draft pages I put time and effort into making just because I am falsely being associated with the page Donaldduck13. I do not have any connection with that page at all. This is unfair and disappointing. Enlightened105747 (talk) 20:42, 23 October 2022 (UTC)
- No, your stuff was not deleted because you were associated with Donald Duck: it's deleted, and your account blocked, because you are abusing multiple accounts (because you're also User:ElMangoose23 and User:AllegoryofACave13 and User:Jacob Barus678) and, frankly, your edits are really just awful. Then there's the edit warring, the lying... It's all very immature. Drmies (talk) 22:08, 24 October 2022 (UTC)
