Pantural moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Pantural, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. There is also an issue of WP:UPE or WP:COI. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, and have addressed the COI/UPE issue, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Your recent article submission has been rejected. If you have further questions, you can ask at the Articles for creation help desk or use Wikipedia's real-time chat help. The reason left by Ezlev was: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: If there was consensus in the past to delete this article as non-notable, and this new draft version still doesn't meet notability guidelines, then clearly this organization is not currently notable for Wikipedia.

Dear admins and Premeditated Chaos, please find out the reason for my blocking [1], I ask you to look into the case and open the block. Elshad Iman (Elşad İman) (talk) 10:13, 21 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and

Request reason:

Dear administrator(s) and Mr Yamla, Mr RHaworth, Mr Gilo1969, Mr WikiDan61, Mr Alexf, Mr KylieTastic, Mr MER-C, Mr Yunshui, Mr HJ Mitchell I understand that using multiple accounts is abusing Wikipedia, I'm sorry but I don't have more than one account, please Check User operation. It was after my appeal here that my profile was blocked, but the reason is unknown to me, and this does not justify the blocking of my profile. I am writing to ask you to investigate the reason for my blocking, because the reason for the block is not clear to me. When I investigated the reason, I did not find a complete reason to block the profile, so I can not write in detail. The IP address is 85.132.29.163, the block ID is 11796216. A tag has been placed on Elshan Orujov requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. - Kevo327 (talk) 18:22, 25 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

What has happened: I have appealed to Metawiki to remove my block, I provide you with a link to the discussion: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Steward_requests/Global/2022-w00#Request_for_Global_unblock As a result of the discussion, I was advised to write to you, so I decided to do it in order to carefully examine the reason for the block, and I want to share this explanation with you. At this link, I asked to undelete an article about a famous comedian and actor, and that's how it all started. https://wiki.riteme.site/w/index.php?diff=1050742813 For some reason, after this request, the admin blocked my profile unjustly. Later in this link (https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Wikipedia:Sockpuppet_investigations/Elshadiman/Archive#Clerk,_CheckUser,_and/or_patrolling_admin_comments_8 ) It is emphasized that I would two accounts, although Elshad Iman (Elshad Iman) and another account (Elshadiman) are accounts of the same name, and I previously reported on my user page that I would now use my edits from the account "Elshad Iman (Elshad Iman)" and to stop using the other one. In the 3rd request, my application was accepted by the admin and it was reflected in the account where I would use only one account: https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/User_talk:Elshad_Iman_(El%C5%9Fad_%C4%B0man)/Archive_1#October_2014 I was blocked for using two accounts. https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Steward_requests/Global/2021-w43#Global_lock_for_Elshadiman_sock(s) I would like to note that I stopped working in one of them and then switched to another. Looking at the statistics of both accounts, it is clear that the block is not justified https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:CentralAuth/Elshadiman https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:CentralAuth/Elshad_Iman_(El%C5%9Fad_%C4%B0man) Please give me another chance and restore my profile. 37.26.33.244 (talk) 21:40, 13 January 2022 (UTC) [reply]

  • Above, you wrote "I don't have more than one account", but later you made it clear that you also have the account Elshadiman, and although you haven't explicitly said so, you seem to imply that you have only those two accounts. However, I have found another account which is obviously you, and which appears to admit to being you, though not very coherently. How many accounts do you have? @JBW First of all, I would like to inform you that the steward who released me from the Global Block said that I should contact the wiki admin, i.e. you can, to solve this issue, because the steward's authority is to release me from the Global Block, but he recommended that I contact you for the issue of opening a local account.

I ask you to open this groundless my block. Please Help, I want use all wiki projects with one account.

What steps should I take to resolve this issue?

It was stated in the discussion here that - Ruviki had blocked me because I was still blocked on Enviki, and this discussion said that a user's account could be opened on Ruviki if Enviki considered the user's block unjustified.
I think you can help me unblock my English account. Please fix this issue, if my English account was open I would make my edits to other projects. Please unblock my english account.

  • First of all, Elşad, my apologies for the fact that it has taken me a while to get round to responding here to your requests for help. There have been several reasons for that.
  • I have spent a considerable time drafting a message to post here, largely supporting your request for unblock. However, when I was almost ready to post it, I checked some history, and found some things which I had seen before, but forgotten, and which raised some doubts about what I had written. To my knowledge, you have had at least four accounts: Elshadiman, Elshad Iman (Elşad İman), Elshad Iman, and E.Imanoff. In February I asked for clarification as to whether those were all the accounts you had ever had, but you didn't give me a direct answer. Are those all the accounts you have had? I also asked what your connection was to the account Personbaku, to which you said "I know for sure that someone from our office was Personbaku, but I couldn't identify who" Can you explain how you could tell it was someone from your office, without knowing who? It really is essential to give clear answers to these questions, because I am generally willing to consider unblocking you, but I could not easily defend doing so to other administrators as long as they can see sufficient grounds for doubt as to whether your account is complete and accurate, nor would I be entirely happy doing so myself. Also, please explain your use of the account E.Imanoff, which appears to have been created for the sole purpose of evading the blocks on your other accounts. JBW (talk) 20:54, 2 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Hello, dear colleague JBW, first of all I want to inform you that this link was the reason for the creation of the E. Imanoff account, that is, it was mentioned here that due to a false global lock, a discussion should be held between the administrators of the local Azerbaijani section, and that the editor should use this account for editing, since he has made a significant contribution to the Azerbaijani Wikipedia.
As for the user named Personbaku, I use wikipedia at work and therefore came to the conclusion that his name coincides with the public Internet protocol that I use, that is, if two people in the office edit Wikipedia, then they both have the same public Internet protocol is considered edited in Wikipedia. The problem of Internet protocol address conflicts is inevitable, and if so, then I have reason to think so. Elshad Iman (Elşad İman) (talk) 05:08, 3 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, besides these accounts, I have not had any other accounts and never will. All four of my accounts are blocked, this is the only one, Azerbaijani, Russian and Commons sections are open, but English is blocked at the moment, so I turn to you to open it: please open Elshad Iman (Elshad Iman) acoount. Elshad Iman (Elşad İman) (talk) 15:17, 3 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@JBW, I hope my block will open and I look forward to your step in this direction. cheers! Elshad Iman (Elşad İman) (talk) 05:00, 5 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@BradV and JBW:. I find myself not at all convinced to unblock here. Saying the blocking admin has a "bug" is off-putting. But I saw where JBW had discussed and want to defer to y'all. -- Deepfriedokra (talk) 22:06, 10 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Hello @JBW and @Deepfriedokra, please forgive me if I have used the wrong words in any of my statements. If you find it appropriate to open my block based on the discussion here, I in turn will take my edits seriously. Elshad Iman (Elşad İman) (talk) 04:35, 11 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Checkuser data shows  Unlikely. That is, the evidence shows no likely reason to believe there's been recent block evasion. Of course, checkuser data can't be certain in cases like this, but that's just my standard disclaimer. --Yamla (talk) 19:42, 16 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

My activity in the Azerbaijan segment. I check articles like patrol. Elshad Iman (Elşad İman) (talk) 20:26, 19 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Stop emailing me

[edit]

No need to email me, there's nothing I can or will do for you. WP:UTRS is, presumably, available to you. Note that if you don't make a full accounting of all of your sockpuppet accounts, the request at UTRS will likely be closed unread. Any further emails and I'll shut off your email access, too. -- Yamla (talk) 14:04, 11 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
