File copyright problem with File:Leidse kaas.JPG
[edit]Thank you for uploading File:Leidse kaas.JPG. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. –Drilnoth (T • C • L) 03:11, 25 June 2009 (UTC)
Hydrogen atom pic: diameter too large
[edit]The Bohr radius (about 0.53Ångström) would give a diameter of about 1.06 Ångström. The given diamber of 2.4 Ångström is far too large. Even the ionic radius is only 0.3 Ångström. The diameter should be changed to either 1.06 Ångström or (to two sig figures) 1.1 Ångström. Thanks! SBHarris 20:32, 2 November 2009 (UTC)

Element category colors
[edit]Saying any of those elements are in specific element categories is original research and was therefore changed back to indicate what we do know; that there is not enough of those elements to determine what element category they belong in. --mav (reviews needed) 00:36, 17 May 2010 (UTC)

File source problem with File:20th World Scout Jamboree.png
[edit]Thank you for uploading File:20th World Scout Jamboree.png. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. Please add this information by editing the image description page.
If the necessary information is not added within the next days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.
Please refer to the image use policy to learn what images you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. Please also check any other files you have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions or are in need of assistance please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Marchjuly (talk) 05:59, 1 July 2015 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for August 23
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Reference errors on 30 December
[edit]Hello, I'm ReferenceBot. I have automatically detected that an edit performed by you may have introduced errors in referencing. It is as follows:
- On the 2016 Summer Olympics page, your edit caused an unnamed parameter error (help). (Fix | Ask for help)
Please check this page and fix the errors highlighted. If you think this is a false positive, you can report it to my operator. Thanks, ReferenceBot (talk) 00:16, 31 December 2016 (UTC)
Original research
[edit]Please do not add original research or novel syntheses of published material to articles as you apparently did to Cochlear implant. Please cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. Jytdog (talk) 19:21, 3 January 2017 (UTC)
- I am expert of Cochlear implant. Don't use editing war. It's NO research but it's facts of cochleair implants. 19:25, 3 January 2017 (UTC)
Edit war warning
[edit]If you restore the content, I will bring you to EWN and you will be blocked or the article will be locked. You cannot force content into WP, especially when it violates fundamental policies.
Your recent editing history at Cochlear implant shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. 19:32, 3 January 2017 (UTC)
Notice of Edit warring noticeboard discussion
[edit]Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion involving you at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring regarding a possible violation of Wikipedia's policy on edit warring. Thank you. Jytdog (talk) 19:40, 3 January 2017 (UTC)
WP:USERNAME issue

- You have a kind of reply here. If you are one person, please refer to yourself in the singular. You cannot speak for a group, also per the USERNAME policy -see WP:ISU. If you continue to refer to yourself as "we" you will be blocked under the USERNAME policy. You will do as you will. Jytdog (talk) 20:11, 3 January 2017 (UTC)

Edit warring at Cochlear implant
[edit]You've been warned per the outcome of a report at the edit warring noticeboard. Further reverting or further addition of copyrighted content may lead to a block of your account. If you wait until consensus is found on the talk page you should have no problem. Thank you, EdJohnston (talk) 19:22, 5 January 2017 (UTC)

[edit]Your contributed article, 2020 Netherlands coronavirus lockdown
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, 2020 Netherlands coronavirus lockdown. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – 2020 coronavirus pandemic in the Netherlands. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at 2020 coronavirus pandemic in the Netherlands. If you have new information to add, you might want to discuss it at the article's talk page.
If you think the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. Capewearer (talk) 17:22, 18 March 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Photo request
[edit]I noticed that in the archive of the talkpage for the article about the Cochlear implant you mentioned that you had one. Can you please take some pictures of the speech processor device on a white background (like this), and while being worn (like this) for Wikimedia Commons? Most of the current photos of devices on Commons are not very good (grainy, low resolution, taken from wrong angle, etc). If you have any older/previous generation devices can you take and upload pictures of those too? Thank you!--RespectCE (talk) 21:38, 16 September 2022 (UTC)
