Great work expanding the section on poverty in Indonesia! I think bringing religion into the discussion about poverty alleviation effort in Indonesia is a great start. I had a few minor questions:

You stated that rural/urban migration resulted in growing inequality, which led to the creation of non-profit organizations collecting and distributing alms; what kind of anti-poverty programs did Indonesia have prior to this period?
You sometimes capitalized "Zakat" but do they have to be? Please double check.
What was the rationale behind the creation of private and public organizations collecting and providing zakat?
