You did not complete step #2 of the AfD process for 2015 Intercity Football League by creating the deletion discussion page. Hi Eat me, I'm a red bean. Thank you for your work on patrolling new pages and tagging for speedy deletion. I'm just letting you know that I declined your deletion request for Beware of the penguins, a page that you tagged for speedy deletion, because the criterion you used or the reason you gave does not cover this kind of page. I didn't actually decline this one personally, but I noticed the removal of the tag and support it. There is no doubt this doesn't belong in the project, and I've PROD'd it as such, but there is no promotional language at all in this stub. As such, it does not meet WP:G11. Let me know if you disagree, and I'm happy to discuss it. Thanks! Please take a moment to look at the suggested tasks for patrollers, criteria for speedy deletion, and particularly, the section covering non-criteria. Such pages are best tagged with proposed deletion or proposed deletion for biographies of living persons, or sent to the appropriate deletion discussion. Thanks! ~ RobTalk 04:47, 29 July 2015 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Comparison of the Saudi government and the Islamic State, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Islamic State. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice that Comparison of the Saudi government and the Islamic State, a page that you created, has been tagged for deletion. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which articles can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may be soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:
- It is unambiguous vandalism or an obvious hoax. (See section G3 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Please do not introduce inappropriate pages to Wikipedia; doing so is not in accordance with our policies. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox.
- It is an "attack page", and appears to be primarily intended to disparage or threaten its subject. This includes biographies of living people that are unsourced and entirely negative in tone. (See section G10 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Please do not make statements attacking people or groups of people. Wikipedia has a strict policy against personal attacks; attack pages and images are not tolerated by Wikipedia and are speedily deleted. Users who continue to create or repost such pages and images will be blocked from editing Wikipedia.
- It appears to be about something made up, and it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. (See section A11 of the criteria for speedy deletion.)
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Public Access Legal Support Service
I'm writing in reference to your deletion of the above article. Please note:
The article introduces a new category of legal service provider that is borne out of regulatory changes introduced by legislation that governs legal practice in England & Wales (specifically the Public Access Scheme). It is not promoting any specific company or service. The article is encyclopaedic because it discusses a new category of legal service provider. Therefore, the article has as much right to exist as articles on 'barristers', 'solicitors' 'judges' 'paralegals' and many of the other types of legal service providers covered by Wikipedia, and which form the foundations of the legal system. Please restore this article, as it needs to be available to people for reference purposes.
I am happy to make changes to the article if you can suggest appropriate edits. For example, I can delete the word 'service' from the title, as all legal service providers (barristers, solicitors etc.) are in fact 'services'.
Thank you.
- I am sorry, but I do not have the authority to do so. You may want to contact an admin, (Soap and Anna Frodesiak are the only admins I know of,) but ideally you'd want to contact the deleting admin. Eat me, I'm a red bean (talk · contribs) 10:19, 13 September 2015 (UTC)
DYK for Martin Allwood
On 16 September 2015, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Martin Allwood, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that Martin Allwood put Gunvor Hofmo's "Alt jeg bad om, det er også skjedd, / og hjertet—men jeg er bare redd!" as "All I asked for has been granted me—Yet I am scared, although my heart is free."? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Martin Allwood. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, live views, daily totals), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page. |

Beneve
Thanks for message. It's something I've done quite a few times. Sometimes the AFD is for notability and has missed blatant copyright violation or spamming, sometimes it's suggested from within the AFD, and sometimes, as with this, it simply seemed untenable as an article. It seems to breach WP:Neologism, it's unsourced, and at best looks like WP:OR. I don't remember being asked about this before, but since you are not involved in creating the article, I'll happily reinstate the article and restart the AFD if you wish me too, just let me know. Cheers, Jimfbleak - talk to me? 09:26, 18 September 2015 (UTC)
- @Jimfbleak: Well you've presented me with a fait accompli, so what can I do... Eat me, I'm a red bean (talk · contribs) 10:15, 18 September 2015 (UTC)
- I've obviously not made myself clear. Nothing is irretrievable, and if you want the article restored and the AfD to run, you have only to say the word. I'm always happy to oblige a good faith editor if it's possible do so. I would have done so by now, but I just needed to be sure that is what you wanted, because it's possible that you were querying my actions without necessarily wanting the article to be restored as well. Jimfbleak - talk to me? 10:32, 18 September 2015 (UTC)
- I do not want the article to be restored. I hope this is clear enough. Eat me, I'm a red bean (talk · contribs) 10:40, 18 September 2015 (UTC)

New article ideas
Thanks for the custard pic. It's on my list.
An idea for an article: The Chinese package tour thing. Millions and millions go on these group tours. You may have seen them. Overseas, many countries only allow groups from China. Triangle flags. Buses to visitor attractions. Everyone off the bus for the photo op. Back on the bus. To the souvenir shop for 1.5 hours to get ripped of. Hong baos sliding into pockets. Chinese restaurants only while in Paris. That sort of thing. It is not covered at all at Wikipedia. Anna Frodesiak (talk) 08:45, 2 October 2015 (UTC)

Hi Eat me, I'm an azuki. After reviewing your request for "rollbacker", I have enabled rollback on your account. Keep in mind these things when going to use rollback:
- Getting rollback is no more momentous than installing Twinkle.
- Rollback should be used to revert clear cases of vandalism only, and not good faith edits.
- Rollback should never be used to edit war.
- If abused, rollback rights can be revoked.
- Use common sense.

Ricky Lundell Edits
Hello,
Thank you for messaging me about reverting the edits I made to Ricky's page. I honestly don't understand why the information wasn't allowed. Ricky has started a new chapter in his career and the information about MMA coaching and who he is coaching is important information to be listed about him. Since this was my first time editing a wiki page I am sure I did not do it correctly and would like to know how to go about doing it the right way. Updating the page needs to be done so please guide me through if you would be so kind. Thanks for your time and have a great day. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Duane Finley (talk • contribs) 03:54, 22 November 2015 (UTC)
- Hello Duane, Welcome to Wikipedia! Please remember to sign your posts always with ~~~~. Second, for every statement, there is a requirement that there be a reference. As the only references you added were YouTube videos, I removed them, because anyone can add YouTube videos and that is no indicator of notability.—azuki (talk · contribs · email) 11:14, 22 November 2015 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. DYK for Olive baboon
On 5 December 2015, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Olive baboon, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that olive baboons tend to mate promiscuously? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Olive baboon. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, live views, daily totals), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page. |

I've granted you IP Block exemption to allow you to edit using a VPN. PhilKnight (talk) 00:16, 8 December 2015 (UTC)
@The Earwig:- you've removed IP Block Exemption from this account. Could you explain why? PhilKnight (talk) 01:35, 6 December 2015 (UTC)
- @PhilKnight: we had concerns about his account being compromised or otherwise abusing it in some way (back when Materialscientist blocked him for this and this only a few weeks ago), so when I unblocked him I removed it pending a closer review to ensure he had the level of trust required. @Reaper Eternal: I think you were the one who looked into it; can you weigh in here? — Earwig talk 03:22, 6 December 2015 (UTC)
- It does not appear that this account was compromised. Reaper Eternal (talk) 03:34, 7 December 2015 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for December 15
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Lenka, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Bega. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

pending changes reviewer
Hello. Your account has been granted the "pending changes reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on pages protected by pending changes. The list of articles awaiting review is located at Special:PendingChanges, while the list of articles that have pending changes protection turned on is located at Special:StablePages.
Being granted reviewer rights neither grants you status nor changes how you can edit articles. If you do not want this user right, you may ask any administrator to remove it for you at any time.
