Please bear these points in mind while editing Wikipedia

The Wikipedia tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome!

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Ralph Lliteras, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://moviespictures.org/biography/Lliteras,_Ralph.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.) If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Ralph Lliteras requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. This article or image appears to be a direct copy from http://moviespictures.org/biography/Lliteras,_Ralph. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. —teb728 t c 00:27, 3 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The article has now been deleted. If you are the copyright holder of the deleted material and wish to release it to Wikipedia under license, please see the instructions at WP:Consent. Note the article would still likely be deleted for notability reasons. -- Diannaa (talk) 01:41, 3 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Copyright, promotion and mandatory paid editing disclosure

[edit]

Hi EarthDraggon. You cannot post this copyrighted content here, and then claim anonymously that you own that content. The first issue is that your claim may be true but it's just an empty assertion; on the Internet, nobody knows you're a dog. Rather, we require people who want to use their copyrighted content here to irrevocably release it to the world under a suitably-free copyright license, and to do so by a verifiable method. I won't go into the specifics of that, though, because this content is utterly promotional, and so has no place here. That is why when I deleted the page again as a copyright violation, I also deleted it as blatant advertising. Meanwhile, before making any more edits to include this content, since it appears clear you are an insider, please comply with Wikipedia mandatory paid editing disclosure. I will post below a template that contains information on this.--Fuhghettaboutit (talk) 21:23, 12 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Mandatory paid editing disclosure

[edit]
Information icon

Hello EarthDraggon. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have a financial stake in promoting a topic. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially egregious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a black hat practice.
Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists, and if it does not, from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.
Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:EarthDraggon. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=EarthDraggon|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. If you are being compensated, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, please do not edit further until you answer this message. --Fuhghettaboutit (talk) 21:23, 12 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
