The Wikipedia tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome!

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Zettabox, and it appears to include material copied directly from https://www.linkedin.com/company/zettabox.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. Speedy deletion nomination of Zettabox

[edit]

Hello EGuevarraZB,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Zettabox for deletion, because it seems to be promotional, rather than an encyclopedia article.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. ubiquity (talk) 16:50, 2 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there, I'm HasteurBot. I just wanted to let you know that Draft:Zettabox, a page you created, has not been edited in 5 months. The Articles for Creation space is not an indefinite storage location for content that is not appropriate for articlespace.

If your submission is not edited soon, it could be nominated for deletion. If you would like to attempt to save it, you will need to improve it.

You may request Userfication of the content if it meets requirements.

If the deletion has already occured, instructions on how you may be able to retrieve it are available at WP:REFUND/G13.

Thank you for your attention. HasteurBot (talk) 01:33, 19 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Your draft article, Draft:Zettabox

[edit]

Hello, EGuevarraZB. It has been over six months since you last edited your Articles for Creation draft article submission, "Zettabox".

In accordance with our policy that Articles for Creation is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. JMHamo (talk) 18:38, 21 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

This user's request to be unblocked to request a change in username has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without a good reason (see the blocking policy). Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Requested username:

Request reason:

My IP address has been blocked so I cannot edit the page "Zettabox". I will rectify this as I will now be using my personal Wikipedia account to make relevant changes to the page

Decline reason:

Actually, at the time when you posted this unblock message, there was no direct block on this account. However, there was probably an autoblock, which was there for the purpose of preventing you from using this account to evade the block on your other account. It is not sufficient to switch to an account which does not have a username indicating that it represents the company you are trying to publicise: you must also explain what editing you expect to do, and persuade an administrator that you are not likely to continue to edit in a promotional way, as you did before. (That was explained to you in the block notice on your other account, at User talk:Zettabox.) This account has now been blocked, but you may post another unblock request if you wish to, this time indicating how your editing will differ from what you did before. Reason for your block

[edit]

Hi EGuevarraZB. You have the right idea dropping the username User:Zettabox and using your own username from now on. The reason the administrators have blocked you, however, is because the unblock reason you gave was to edit the article Zettabox. That would be a conflict of interest. Just as a person cannot create a Wikipedia article about themselves, a person cannot create a Wikipedia article about their company. If you did that, your motivation would be to improve your company's image, which is considered promotional editing, instead of a motivation to improve the encyclopedia. I'm afraid no one is allowed to edit anything they are closely associated with. The only articles you should consider editing are those whose subjects you have no allegiance to or conflict of interest with. For example, you could edit about the city you live in or your favorite food or some other subject that interests you that you have no COI with. If you return to make a new unblock request and explain that this is your intention, they should unblock you, or you could abandon that user id and make a new one, then only make non-COI edits with it. I hope this explanation is satisfactory, if not, leave your questions below or at my talk page. Best, —Prhartcom 13:39, 2 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
