You are at liberty, of course, to change your mind
I'm not going to go into a long thread at AfD over it. The community will decide. You make a good point, though I still disagree with you over it Fiddle Faddle 18:54, 5 April 2021 (UTC)

Time to enact the Merge you proposed.shaidar cuebiyar (talk) 00:20, 21 November 2021 (UTC)
- Hey, thanks for reminding me (pun intended). Unfortunately, I'm not as active on Wikipedia anymore due to work and school, and I'm simply not able to perform that merge. I can withdraw my proposal or you could enact the merge yourself if you'd like! :) -- dylx 06:26, 21 November 2021 (UTC)

There is no such "requirement" in MOS:MUSICCAPS about denoting stylisations
Hello. In your edit summary in the history of I Used to Think I Could Fly, I think you have deliberately misrepresented to other editors, whom you must believe will not clicked on the linked guideline, about what MOS:MUSICCAPS actually says. In which of its five points do you see a "editors must include a parenthetical note denoting a stylisation of a music title"? The only part regarding stylisations is at the end of point three: "Exceptions are not made to mimic logo/cover stylization, even if such mimicry is common in the music press." There is no such requirement to detail some lower-case or upper-case stylisation for the title of a work anywhere on Wikipedia. It is largely unimportant and trivial. It became common on pop music articles but not because it was ever in any guideline. I created the article for McRae's album and I deliberately left out said stylisations. Per WP:BRD, if anybody wishes to restore them, discuss and get consensus. Do not restore them without consensus and don't (try to) misrepresent what guidelines state when they're there for everyone to see. Thank you. Ss112 07:32, 1 June 2022 (UTC)
