Hello DrPaulRosenfeld -- I have declined this immediate deletion request as the material is plainly intended as a draft article. However, it looks likely to be an autobiography, and it is strongly recommended not to write an article about yourself. Please read WP:AUTOBIOGRAPHY before proceeding any further, and if you are determined to proceed you must submit the draft to the Articles for Creation service for review.

I'd also note that the inclusion threshold for academics is quite stringent, and you would need to show how the subject satisfies the guidelines for academics before such an article could be accepted.
