[edit]Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Chittagong Zoo. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Grachester (talk) 04:53, 14 May 2023 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not move a page to a title that is harder to follow, or move it unilaterally against naming conventions or consensus, as you did to Chittagong Zoo. This includes making page moves while a discussion remains underway. We have some guidelines to help with deciding what title is best for a subject. If you would like to experiment with page titles and moving, please use the test Wikipedia. Thank you. Dl2000 (talk) 12:50, 16 September 2023 (UTC)
Always cite reliable sources
[edit]Hello, I'm Worldbruce. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Chittagong Zoo, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. --Worldbruce (talk) 17:44, 9 September 2024 (UTC)
Close connection to topic
[edit]Hello, Dr. Md. Sarwar Uddin. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page Chittagong Zoo, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for article subjects for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization, clients, or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{edit COI}} template)—don't forget to give details of reliable sources supporting your suggestions;
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest § How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam § External link spamming);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicizing, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted.
It would be far more helpful to Wikipedia's readers if you could update the zoo's website instead of editing the Wikipedia article about the zoo. Then volunteers here could update the encyclopedia with more recent information from the zoo's website. We're a tertiary source, so nothing may be published here first. --Worldbruce (talk) 18:19, 9 September 2024 (UTC)
