Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:Frankie Chan (1951)

Overwriting an article

You overwrote Frankie Chan with a biography for a different person named Frankie Chan, and you also then did a cut and paste creation of the overwritten material at Draft:Frankie Chan (1951). That is not the way to start an article on a different Frankie Chan. I have restored the article to be about the martial art actor. You should start your article at a title with a disambiguator in the title such as Frankie Chan (singer). The edit summary you left indicates you are translating an article from the Chinese Wikipedia. Wikipedia:Translation has some information about translating. Hi, sorry this is my first time but could you tell me how I can make a new article? I am only able to make drafts at the moment, and I believe they’ll take over 3 months for approval.
