BJ Fogg

Your input would be appreciated here if you can. Drbjfogg (talk) 21:00, 1 July 2020 (UTC)

You might wanna ask an admin to revdel your IP

Just to be safe, it's an acceptable use of revision deletion to ask for that if you accidentally edit while logged out. Gatemansgc (TɅ̊LK) 06:02, 2 July 2020 (UTC)

Thanks. Seems easier to redo my own edit than to ask the already overworked admins. But also, it popped up in your monitoring, creating the same amount of work. So now I know. --Dkriegls (talk to me!) 06:05, 2 July 2020 (UTC)
Well I mean just to hide your IP so people don't know where you are. Unless your general location is already public. I didn't read your userpage. Gatemansgc (TɅ̊LK) 06:07, 2 July 2020 (UTC)
Oh ya, that would be a good reason :) --Dkriegls (talk to me!) 06:26, 2 July 2020 (UTC)

Thanks for your BJ Fogg edits

I agree that the Criticisms section is way too long for his post. With his new (2020) book, one would imagine there's so much more positive and good press and sources to share. I hesitate to jump in as a relatively unskilled Wikipedia user, but I just wanted to voice my support and say thanks for what you're doing. Nickgray (talk) 23:40, 2 July 2020 (UTC)

Thank you for your support. I won't change the article to avoid any claims of CoI, but I encourage you to BE WP:BOLD. Even if just adding your voice to the talk page. I understand new editing during an edit conflict can be intimidating and/or frustrating. But I found it motivated me to become more familiar with policy. All the best --Dkriegls (talk to me!) 23:59, 2 July 2020 (UTC)

ArbCom 2020 Elections voter message

Hello! Voting in the 2020 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 7 December 2020. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2020 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 01:30, 24 November 2020 (UTC)
