Records management awards

Hi,

I saw you started List of information and records management awards and tried to add a pointer to this from Lists of awards. I have fixed the formatting in Lists of awards, but question whether List of information and records management awards is a valid list. It only includes two awards, and neither of these have articles. Normally a list would have more entries and most of them would have articles.
