Tanith's Peer Review

I am not sure yet where Tanith is going with his final article (I am not seeing an outline). But he does do a good job with commentary on what he can improve on the quote he provided (I'm assuming it is from the original stub).WixWix (talk) 23:10, 26 November 2017 (UTC)

Peer Review

Like Natalie, I have limited advice due to limited content. From what I saw on the original stub, I would suggest that in the third section, there is some language that can be tightened up (there is particular repetition of the word also that can be fixed, and the first half of the first sentence of that part needs some sort of comma or other grammatical change to fix it. Something else you might also be able to do just based on the content that is and is not there already is explain what the awards/positions she has received/holds entail. You may be able to put in some sort of biography of her or summary of her published works, etc.

I would, however, caution you before you make the change that you suggest in your sandbox; I think that "interaction of personality and grammatical views" may be a more subtle distinction of a subsection of the field than you have described, and in that way cannot be simply exchanged for "sociolinguistics as a whole; 'views' and 'behaviors' or 'uses' are different things. Rather than simply deleting it or what have you, you may want to opt for providing a more complex description of that area of her work. Epcoker (talk) 02:06, 4 December 2017 (UTC)
