Hi. Per WP:NFCC #9 - non-free images may not be used outside article space (and only in the article(s) for which a valid rationale is present). Please don't add or re-add non-free images to non-article pages. Our non-free content rules are strictly enforced to protect our mission as providers of freely re-usable content.

The image may be added to the article when/if the draft is approved and the page has been moved to article space. If the image has been deleted as an orphan by that time then it may be re-uploaded at that point or you may then request undeletion at WP:REFUND. For these reasons it is generally preferable and more convenient to only upload non-free content once the target article is approved and in place. Thank you. -- Begoon 01:31, 22 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • Just a note that, when I looked at this again, it seemed to me that, rather than non-free content as you had uploaded it, {{PD-textlogo}} was appropriate for this image, so I've amended the licensing tags and replaced the usage in your draft. -- Begoon 02:57, 22 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Managing a conflict of interest

[edit]

Information icon Hello, Davidaryan. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:Spam);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted.

  • I'm assuming that you are the "David Ryan" mentioned in the draft, therefore I'm sending you this information.
  • Preparing and submitting a draft, as you are doing, is a reasonable way to approach this, but you do need to read the linked material regarding paid/COI contributions.

Begoon 01:45, 22 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • Just quickly glancing at your draft, I should probably also point out WP:NOTDIRECTORY, particularly #7, before you waste too much time creating an extensive list of services/products/makes/models which will not be suitable content. -- Begoon 01:53, 22 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Your draft article, User:Davidaryan/sandbox

[edit]

Hello, Davidaryan. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "sandbox".
