Request reason:
I was blocked because my userpage was used for promotion or publicity. As replied by one of the admins here in my first article, User:Theroadislong, who stated that I introduced myself and affiliations, it was only an attempt to introduce myself to the Wikipedia community. I truly didn't know that my approach violated the Wikipedia term until I was immediately blocked. Please, I am just learning to contribute to Wikipedia and have no intent to vandalise or break the terms. Damilosky (talk) 14:26, 26 May 2022 (UTC)
Decline reason:
The problem was more than just your userpage. Yamla (talk) 14:31, 26 May 2022 (UTC)

Hi Yamla, that was why I was blocked. I recently created my first article and it had reverts from Theroadislong who described what I need to do to get it approved. He also included that I introduce myself and stated my affiliation which I attempted doing but violated the Wikipedia term in the process. HJ Mitchell placed my account on a block instantly and the reason on Special:BlockList/Damilosky is, and I quote, "Using Wikipedia for spam or advertising purposes."
- and Draft:2Sure is just that..."Using Wikipedia for spam or advertising purposes". Theroadislong (talk) 14:59, 26 May 2022 (UTC)
- Hello Theroadislong, please help me. What do I do to get my account unblocked? I am just starting to contribute to Wikipedia, and I have good faith in myself. I have a reputation for catching up on things very quickly. I have spent my day putting the Draft:2Sure together, and it's good progress considering I have not done this before. But I won't give up now. I understand the terms I have violated, and I will do all that is necessary to comply with the Wikipedia terms moving forward.
- You could read Wikipedia:Guide to appealing blocks, but you won't be able to promote your business even if an admin decides to unblock you. Theroadislong (talk) 15:18, 26 May 2022 (UTC)

Managing a conflict of interest
[edit]Hello, Damilosky. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page Draft:2Sure, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam#External link spamming);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. --Deepfriedokra (talk) 14:11, 16 June 2022 (UTC)
