Winter storm article

Hey. Wondering if you can help improve Late December 2022 North American winter storm. Someone moved it into mainspace, when I challenged it back into draftspace, they just moved it back into mainspace without discussion. I’m not gonna fight them, but it needs help to get out of stub/start phase. :( Elijahandskip (talk) 01:30, 23 December 2022 (UTC)

@Elijahandskip: (a) I'm currently not able to do so due to a rigorous college course and (b) winter weather is not really my thing. August 2016 Outbreak

Hey no rush at all, but I am just checking in to see if you still are planning to bring that August 2016 article back? I'd love to see it return, but I don't know how to properly bring an article back, and work has me on some insane hours right now.
