The article Kyrra Grunnsund has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, all newly created biographies of living persons must have at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.
If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Evaders99 (talk) 07:28, 12 June 2012 (UTC)

Project for working on articles about Australian Paralympians
[edit]Hello, I notice that you're working hard on improving content about Australians at the Winter Paralympics. Thank you for that!
I'd like to invite you to the History of the Paralympic Movement in Australia (HOPAU) project, a project that is aiming to write about the history of the Paralympic movement in Australia. Our primary method of communication is a mailing list, where you can ask questions and get support as you learn how to edit Wikipedia.
However, when you're starting an article, it's generally not a good idea to just add a couple of photos (though they are welcome!); it's much better to add some text with references. If you want to work on articles without them being at risk for deeletion (as happened to your two previous efforts, until they were rescued), write them as userspace drafts first. DYK for Kyrra Grunnsund
[edit]On 27 June 2012, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article Kyrra Grunnsund, which you created or substantially expanded. The fact was ... that alpine skier Kyrra Grunnsund (pictured) was the second person to represent Australia at both the Summer and Winter Paralympics? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Kyrra Grunnsund. You are welcome to check how many hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, quick check) and it will be added to DYKSTATS if it got over 5,000. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the Did you know? talk page. |

Speedy deletion nomination of 1990 Disabled Alpine World Championships
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on 1990 Disabled Alpine World Championships requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Eeekster (talk) 23:49, 8 July 2012 (UTC)
