Moved your page to Draft
I moved Numbered highways in Ohio by county to the Draft namespace. There is a lot of work to be done to make it useful to readers. I started to clean it up but the entries I did are all red links. You can find the article at Draft:Numbered highways in Ohio by county now. - GB fan 11:50, 8 December 2016 (UTC)
I did make one blue link before I made the page: Numbered highways in Lake County, Ohio
- I saw that and that alone saved it from deletion. All the rest of the links on the page went to redlinks that will never have an article as they are bad names. When I started to cleanup the list with good article names they were all coming up redlinks still. The page as it was going to be wasn't going to be helpful with that one blue link embedded in a sea of red. It is better to start building the underlying articles and then moving the draft back into the main space. - GB fan 13:03, 8 December 2016 (UTC)
- Got it, I'm going to be making those articles at a slow pace, So I think I'll fix the draft as they get finished. Cards84664 (talk) 13:06, 8 December 2016 (UTC)

- Note that the idea was there long before I joined Wikipedia. It was used on the Louis stokes station article because there are different named stations on each side of the road east of 16th street. Cards84664 (talk) 13:47, 18 December 2016 (UTC)
- In East cleveland, the stations are not adjacent on each side of the road, and have different names. In the eastern side of cleveland, the stations are in the middle, but the bus lanes go around them. Lets say there is a 16th eastbound station and a 16th westbound station. There are quite a few of these, and while they are close to each other, some have the names of "20th eastbound" and "21st westbound". Again, the stations are only in both directions west of 16th street. Cards84664 (talk) 14:08, 18 December 2016 (UTC)
- This is theoretically what the infoboxes for the HealthLine station articles would look like: User:Cards84664/sandbox7 Cards84664 (talk) 22:27, 18 December 2016 (UTC)
- Hmm… I'll have to give that some thought. Useddenim (talk) 14:45, 20 December 2016 (UTC)

What is the point of all of your additions to this template? There are only a total of five have articles for the five groups and 13 items listed (Heavy rail, Light rail, Bus Rapid transit, Trolley lines, and Bus routes; 9/12, 55 Cleveland State Line, 55A, 55B, 55C, 66 Red, 67 Blue, 67A Green, B, C, E—the last three not in any logical order—HealthLine, and List of bus routes), and the entire row of Trolley lines is non-existent. Until there is more content for this topic, I suggest that it should revert back to its previous Cleveland Rapid status. Useddenim (talk) 19:25, 28 December 2016 (UTC)

What are you trying to do with Template:Infobox road/shieldmain/USA? –Fredddie™ 01:36, 24 January 2017 (UTC)

Page moves
You'll want to keep WP:USRD/S&L updated with page names. Ideally, we should be creating articles on highway systems using the actual names of those state highway systems from the appropriate legislation. That's why Michigan has Michigan State Trunkline Highway System as its title, prefixing it with the state name. I've been slowly trying to get various Interstate and US Highway lists converted over to the templates, splitting a few lists out as needed. Imzadi 1979 → 04:01, 1 February 2017 (UTC)
- FWIW, articles with an infobox and no text could be considered to meet WP:CSD#A3 or WP:CSD#A1, so you want to get some text on those really soon before they get deleted. --Rschen7754 07:13, 1 February 2017 (UTC)
By-county highway lists
I'd encourage you not to create more articles like Numbered highways in Lake County, Ohio. That concept was deprecated many years ago as a maintenance burden. They were only ever created to serve as the lead article for by-county featured topics, which have also been deprecated. Imzadi 1979 → 05:25, 9 February 2017 (UTC)
Station code symbols in Japanese station article infoboxes
Hi. I notice you have recently been adding station code symbols to the top of the infobox in a lot of Japanese station articles. While that seems to work OK for some stations, have you looked at the results it produces in larger station articles such as Yokohama Station? I'm concerned about the way that the large number of symbols overwhelms the actual name of the station at the top (which could possibly be improved by reducing the symbol size slightly), but more problematic is what happens to the push-pin map used lower down in the infobox (these maps are in the process of being added to all infoboxes). As the map uses the text in the "name" field, all the symbol icons also get repeated in the push-pin map. Even with just one symbol (as in Kita Shin-Yokohama Station) this starts to get messy, but with more, it gets a bit out of hand. I wonder if there is a better way to get around this? Unfortunately, the "symbol" field provided in Template:Infobox station doesn't appear to be able to cope with individual station symbols, so maybe the symbols could be put in the "type" field instead? What do you think? How do station articles for other countries tackle this issue, as presumably it is not specific to Japanese station articles? --DAJF (talk) 00:23, 28 February 2017 (UTC)
- My idea for Yokohama is that the inboxes should be split, like Shinjuku station. As for the minimap, I'm gonna keep experimenting for a little bit until I find something that works. Cards84664 (talk) 00:28, 28 February 2017 (UTC)
- My solution is an icon parameter that appears above the name, taking it to the infobox station talk page now. Cards84664 (talk) 00:50, 28 February 2017 (UTC)
- OK, thanks. I saw your request at the Template talk:Infobox station page, and I agree that will probably be the best way to do it. --DAJF (talk) 00:40, 1 March 2017 (UTC)
Another problem I noticed is that many of the station code symbols lack alternative texts (WP:ALT). This is undesirable for screen readers. — Peterwhy 22:51, 5 March 2017 (UTC)

Congratulations! You've managed to make nearly every article dealing with the GCRTA nearly impossible to edit without difficulty, thanks to your arbitrary abbreviations. (Is "A" for Airport or Ashby or Attleboro or Avalon?) Therefore, I am reverting your changes (but will keep the abbreviations).
You must keep a couple of things in mind:
- Wikipedia must be editable by everyone, so your template abbreviations make thing incomprehensible to anybody else;
- You have no idea where and how a template will spread. (As an example, I wrote {{BSsplit}} because I got tired of writing out the same bit of wikitext over and over; it’s now used so widely that it is edit-protected as a Highly visible template.)

Edits to RTA stations
(pinging Useddenim) I don't think each RTA line needs to have a separate infobox style, especially considering the network has multiple interchange stations (and the line names don't need to be in both |lines=
and |type=
). Also, it might be better to use |inline=yes
for {{Rail color box}} since the network is rapid transit and not heavy rail. Jc86035 (talk) Use {{re|Jc86035}}

- The rollbacks were because of the non-intuitive abbreviations in {{GCRTA stations}}. I just wasn't going to take the time to plow through 75 pages and manually revert the disruption. RTA Rapid Transit article
Hi, I have noticed you made a whole bunch of changes to the RTA Rapid Transit stations list. A lot of the changes you made were unncessary and excessive. The main focus of the RTA station list is mostly the rail lines only (Red, Green/Blue), not including the two bus rapid transit lines (Healthline and CSU Line). I am willing to help add a list of stations exclusively for the Healthline and whenever the future article for the Cleveland State Line is created, but please do not add the BRT station/stops to the main list or the blank rail boxes. It makes the list look disorganized. Thank you for understanding. GETONERD84 (talk) 17:55, 30 May 2017 (UTC)
Rail transport in Walt Disney Parks and Resorts featured list nomination

- Use
<br>
in the infobox; the lack of line breaking is deliberate (and also because it's not possible to my knowledge to stop the divs from overflowing) as the font size is set manually by the module using the functions and . The module automatically detects br tags and changes the font size to match. Jc86035 (talk) Use {{re|Jc86035}}

NYC Subway templates
There is a way to change all the boxes to bullets just by changing the "time" parameter. However, I don't see any benefits in adding the bullets as opposed to boxes, especially when you removed flexible service templates to add bullets that must be changed manually. As such, I have reverted your bullet additions for now. epicgenius (talk) 02:26, 3 September 2017 (UTC)
- Also, bullets are fixed height images whereas the boxes are formatted text. The latter changes size correctly as display parameters change, the former can cause spacing errors in the diagrams. Useddenim (talk) 13:45, 3 September 2017 (UTC)
Flora and fauna
What a GREAT page this is! So glad that it's possible to contribute. Typing on my cell so I must be brief: since so many animals etc. are mentioned LOONS should be in the list as well. Many fond memories, far from home living in Germany and suddenly homesick.

Longest MLB streak page changes
hi Why remove my edit to Longest baseball streak. the 1880 White Stockings have a streak of 21 with a tie but a true 20 game streak without a tie - their tie was after their 1st win and before 2nd? Would you prefer they appear in the table twice? 21 with tie and 20 without? That would be awkward and care would need to be taken so they are not double counted in enumeration of teams. I have not checked the other teams with ties but the 1916 Giants had a tie after the 12th win breaking up their streak (as I noted in an edit to the 2nd paragraph) and 1880 White Stockings had tie after 1st win and leaving them with 20 consecutive wins thereafter. The streaks with ties are not officially recognized but the non-tie streaks are - shouldnt the 1880 White Stockings be recognized for 20 consecutive wins? Do you need a cite for the White Stockings having the tie after 1 win? None of the other items in the table have a cite and I'm sure you have already looked up the data to know it was correct.
Also do you consider yourself the main editor of this page? I suggest the carat ^ denoting the ties should be on the number of wins not the team names. And the text in the intro paragraphs could be modified to be clearer that this list is a list of "wins without a loss" and hence includes ties and not only consecutive wins. I have ideas for such text but its pointless to make edits if you are just going to undo them. Perhaps we could/should discuss this over email (lschleng@alum.mit.edu). 12:29, 13 September 2017 (UTC)lschlenger — Preceding unsigned comment added by Lschlenger (talk • contribs)
- @Lschlenger: The 1880 White Stockings have a 21 game streak that includes a tie. The extra mention of that tie isn't necessary because it clutters the table. Cards84664 (talk) 12:41, 13 September 2017 (UTC)

Route maps
I doubt that just the maps without discussion are enough to make an article. I suggest you add some text and references, or else consider adding the material to Commons. (and I hope you;bve made sure it's not a copyvio.) DGG ( talk ) 04:42, 26 September 2017 (UTC)
Ways to improve Island & Suffolk (SEPTA station)
Hi, I'm Boleyn. Cards84664, thanks for creating Island & Suffolk (SEPTA station)!
I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. Please add sources asap - without them this is in danger of being tagged for deletion.
The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.
Boleyn (talk) 18:29, 17 October 2017 (UTC)
@Boleyn: I'll add a reference to the septa trolley map, but this is not a new issue. For example, many stations on the Muni Metro are unsourced, due to the names not actually appearing on the map. Same goes for SEPTA. I only discovered the "unnamed" stations because they are named and listed on Apple Maps transit maps. Cards84664 (talk) 18:36, 17 October 2017 (UTC)

My sandboxes
I'm sorry, but there was no reason to move my Lee Road sandbox to mainspace. It wasn't even close to ready. Next time, give me a hoot you're going to move something out of my space, and do so. Editing pages about railways
Please stop disturving edit on pages or undoning edits if you do not know about the historic railroads. — Preceding unsigned comment added by AJ Pachano (talk • contribs) 11:23, 3 November 2017 (UTC)
- @AJ Pachano: You keep removing mentions of minor stations along each line. I recommend you double check your sources. Cards84664 (talk) 11:45, 3 November 2017 (UTC)
- @Cards84664: if you read about the historic railroads you know about the passenger routes because, each former services is a unknown lines like Main Line and seperated toward routes like Chicago - Louisville so please do not concern because of the history read about the historic railroads just so you know about that.

Apparently you want WP:SPI and you have to fill out a form and provide evidence. I have never done this. I will be keeping an eye on this and jump in if there is anything I can do to help. Kendall-K1 (talk) 03:59, 9 November 2017 (UTC)
- (talk page stalker) At SPI, it's best if you can provide diffs that show how the two (or more) accounts edit in similar ways. It's even better if you can demonstrate over a period of time. Hope this helps; good luck. –Fredddie™ 04:10, 9 November 2017 (UTC)
