Disruptive Edit Claims

I have noticed messages mentioning my edits I have made to the "Simon Jones (Actor)" and "Johnny English" pages. For the Simon Jones page I merely mentioned a fact about a cameo role he played in a film, I have noticed no information on this on the page yet the internet is full of statements confirming his appearance. To avoid claims against the edit I, like any responsible editor cited a reliable reference.

For "Johnny English" I noticed the citation link for the "Budget" field was incomplete and corrupted so I fixed the error and replaced the URL with what I thought more clearly provided reference for the information.

I have come across many uncited and non "constructive" statements lurking around on wikipedia, many of which have won editwars.

I am sure my edits were unapproved for a good reason but if so they should be challenged or corrected rather than removed.

i think you over did the revert on the bible translation in norwegian the most of the edits were done in good faith. i was having trouble fixing the category you revert a lot of good edits like unlinking year and red links please double check the history before you completely revert thanks — Preceding unsignedcomment added by 204.169.161.1 (talk) 16:40, 24 October 2011 (UTC)

In regards to warning

Dear Mr. Cagle,

I am sending you a message in reference to a warning that was given to me by Wikipedia. According the the warning, I was accused of vandalizing the Alton C. Crews Middle School. I admit that I am taken aback to the warning, because I have never made an edit on the page. Though I do browse Wikipedia regularly while not signed in to my account, when I do make edits, I log on with my username. My username is asdf1098, and not only do have I never vandalized with said account, I have edited a few vandalizations. My edits are obviously logged publicly, and shows I have never been involved with vandalization.

The reason that I felt the need to point this out is that I am shocked that I was warned for vandalism. I have been a regular Wikipedia user for years now, and am a supporter of the project. I hope that you will take the time to review my record, as you will find that I have always been one to abide by the rules of Wikipedia, and have a great deal of respect for the ethics and standards that Wikipedia has upheld.

Sincerely, Max (asdf1098) — Preceding unsignedcomment added by Asdf1098 (talkcontribs) 05:03, 8 March 2013 (UTC)
