Share your experience and feedback as a Wikimedian in this global survey
Hello! The Wikimedia Foundation is asking for your feedback in a survey. We want to know how well we are supporting your work on and off wiki, and how we can change or improve things in the future.[1] The opinions you share will directly affect the current and future work of the Wikimedia Foundation. You have been randomly selected to take this survey as we would like to hear from your Wikimedia community. To say thank you for your time, we are giving away 20 Wikimedia T-shirts to randomly selected people who take the survey.[2] The survey is available in various languages and will take between 20 and 40 minutes.

Date formats
I notice that you've recently made a number of edits to articles about American subjects, in which you've changed date formats in citatons from DMY to MDY; for example, this one. This strikes me as a good thing.
I wonder whether one reason for so much inappropriate use of DMY is the documentation at Template:Cite web. In the "Examples" section, all of the dates are in DMY format. This might suggest, to editors who're just learning how to use the template, that Wikipedia's house style calls for DMY in citations.
I'm going to suggest, at Help talk:Citation Style 1, that this documentation be changed so that the examples use a variety of date formats. Any thoughts on this? — Ammodramus (talk) 13:57, 9 March 2017 (UTC)
Arizona Coyotes roster template
Hi, you made this edit to the Coyotes roster template, which was a good one, but the dab you added to Peter Holland doesn't seem to work correctly, and was showing as a red link. I've tried to correct it, but it's beyond my wiki-knowledge - if I hover over the link it shows as (Peter Holland (ice hockey)) [note the extra brackets] but I can't see the extra brackets on the edit page.
For the moment I've removed the dab, but if you know how to correct it please do so. Thanks, 86.132.176.39 (talk) 19:48, 3 May 2017 (UTC)
- Many thanks for fixing - would never have thought of that. 194.28.127.54 (talk) 03:00, 5 May 2017 (UTC)
