I saw you were the editor who added this to the essay template with this diff. I just came across the and was wondering if it really belongs here. Since you added it to the templates to be transcluded I presumed you felt that the essay was worthy of being here. My concern is that it is still boarder line promotional, covering the topic in some detail, but in a sort of obscure way by also talking about why it shouldn't exist.
