Ah, I see what happened. There were already spam links on the page, and the IP added new ones. When you reverted that edit (quite rightly), the old links reappeared. Sorry about the warning, you did nothing wrong - but it's worth keeping in mind that it can be good to check the version we revert to, because sometimes the older version is also problematic in some way.
