[edit]You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and be aware that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose.
If your username does not represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
at the bottom of your talk page.
You may simply create a new account, but you may prefer to change your username to one that complies with our username policy, so that your past contributions are associated with your new username. If you would prefer to change your username, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock-un|new username|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
at the bottom of your talk page. Thank you. —SMALLJIM 16:38, 24 February 2016 (UTC)
Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia. While objective prose about beliefs, organisations, people, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. I have deleted the pages that you created, for this reason. You might find it useful to work through our article wizard. —SMALLJIM 16:39, 24 February 2016 (UTC)

Decline reason:
- There already appears to be an account by the name User:Neil Moir, which was registered in August 2015. If that's yours, then just use it and forget this one - you don't need this one unblocked. If it's not yours and you want this account renamed, you'll need to specify a different username (please insert it where it says "new username" in the request above). Regarding the content you had at User:Bloxwichgroup/sandbox/Bloxwich Truck & Container Ltd and Draft:Bloxwich Group (Bloxwich Transport & Container Products Ltd), they have both been deleted as promotional material so you would not be able to copy and paste them whichever account you use - you would need to ask the deleting admin (User:Smalljim) if they would undelete and "userfy" copies under whichever username you eventually use (or maybe email the contents to you). - I have determined that some, perhaps all, of the content you posted violated Wikipedia's copyright policy, so it would not be suitable for userfication, as Boing! said Zebedee suggested. Also, I am concerned by the fact that your unblock request appears to indicate that you intend to continue editing in the same way as you did before being blocked: no matter what username you edit under, editing to promote, advertise, or publicise your business is contrary to Wikipedia policy. Although Smalljim chose to give you a block notice which put most emphasis on the username issue, I draw your attention to the fact that the block notice also said "You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and be aware that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose".
